It was in a great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant, room service and breakfast was all great.
The aircon in the room did not work and when asked for assistance the maintenance rep did not do anything or come back when they said they would. There was also a contrast in staff where some were so amazing and others were a bit cold and were not very accommodating.
Beautiful hotel reception area, facilities and staff. So helpful and friendly!!
Rooms perfectly tidy and clean, just a sticky TV remote
Perfect location and the staff were very friendly
No onsite parking, had to use a 24 multi storey car park and there was no reduced rate for it.
The suite was large good location and plenty space for clothes.
Unplugged fridge with out of date juice in it pretty poor also chewing gum under side table in living room was disgusting. Poor housekeeping

No hot water in shower - when mentioned it to reception the man behind the desk asked me if I turned the tap the right way - seriously
Woman on reception couldn’t even be bothered looking up from her screen when I approached.
Breakfast smelt funny - I can’t even figure which item it was but couldn’t finish it.
Overall place very worn and needs real TLC
Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Beds very comfortable and great location.

the room , airconditioning did not work , was freezing could not heat up the room and left the hotel at 7am as the room was freezing and I could not sleep .

Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt, Flecken an den Gardinen und auf dem Teppich, Möbel abgeschlagen, Schranktür liess sich nicht richtig öffnen, Haare in der Dusche, Bettbezug falsch herum aufgezogen. Rezeption war auch nicht sonderlich bemüht, um auf unsere Fragen einzugehen

Excellent location, never dealt with reception staff as I self-checked due to wait time, staff in cafe/restaurant area were lovely and pleasant, food was ok. Easy access to hotel all day and night.
Housekeeping never did my room during my stay, but first day I was in my room so possibly why and second day I asked for toilet paper, and they dropped it in empty my bins but that was it, no clean towels, which seemed odd. Breakfast was ok but nothing startling at all. I only had one day for that reason. Cafe food was ok as well.
