Pros:

Fab location - walking distance to city centre and local tourist attractions, shopping, as well as great restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Tv in room didn’t work - maintenance did come after some time to look but unable to fix it. Rooms could do with a little updating but were fine.

Only stayed one night, the young lady at reception was lovely and friendly and really helpful, our double room was quite big plenty of room to move around, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was a lovely room, the hotel is in a great location with discounted parking for guests nearby, we will definitely be staying here again when next in Belfast

Third time in 18 months, very central. Breakfast service was excellent

Cons:

We had a 2 single bed room which was very small and cramped. The other room was an executive room. No safe, only one comfy chair. Definitely didn't have an executive feel about it.
