The room was old. Dirt in the drawers. Tv was in front of the mirror. In the photos that’s not our cards

The location is perfect to wander around Belfast city
The room was the dirtiest room I have ever seen in any hotel I have stayed in,I wouldn’t walk around in my bare feet as the floor was that dirty, the room was run down the attention to detail was absent the room has not been throughly cleaned in a very long time, there where stains in the pillow cases and the dust on the floors and skirting’s was so bad I did not stop sneezing. I expect a hotel
The tv is just plonked in front of the mirror the lamps on the wall don’t hang straight it’s the attention to detail makes a hotel and this hotel lacks this

La stanza è pulita e il personale gentile, ottima la colazione. Le camere sono silenziose e la posizione dell' hotel è centrale e comoda sia per muoversi con i mezzi sia se si vuole girare a piedi. La stazione centrale è a 11 minuti a piedi. È possibile fare il check in online e attivare la tessera della stanza in autonomia. Avevo soggiornato anche a Birmingham in un hotel di questa catena e mi ritengo soddisfatta.
unica cosa negativa in bagno non ci sono ganci per appendere gli asciugamani, ma forse era solo un problema della mia stanza.

The reception area is very elegant and gives a great first impression. There is also a paid car park on the street behind the hotel, which costs £10 for 24 hours if you ask reception for the discount code.
The price was very high for what we expected. Our room was on the third floor, but the view was of a very unattractive inner courtyard. We were also greeted by a huge spider in the room. The bathroom definitely needs a complete renovation: it felt very dated, with a lot of mould and old, worn-out taps and fittings. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations for a hotel at this price point.
