Not what I expected.
Pros:

Room was the appropriate size and was clean.

Cons:

The room I reserved was not available and ended up on a different room. The pool was dirty, a lot of noisy children were in the pool area without supervision. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was extremely slow, making difficult to go in and out of the hotel.

Worst Stay Ever
Pros:

The hotel looks beautiful. I am the lobby area.
They're fine.Desk was doing the best they could.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they didn't check me in until 8pm because housekeeping was so far behind. It was so hot in the lobby. Me & my children were sweating so bad. I chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital. My loved one is in the I.C.U. i ended up having a breakdown at the front desk because of the news I received over the phone about my love. I was trying so hard to get to the hospital. My children needed to be in the room. Once we got in the room, there was no tissue, towels or soap, and the tub was dirty. I spent all the money just to sit in the lobby most of the night sweating & uncomfortable.

the hotel is nice, but the plumbing issues hasd us moving rooms every night we were there.
Pros:

Breakfast and layout of the space with multiple hangout spaces was awesome.

Cons:

The many plumbing issues that arose when you are. at max capacity.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!!!
Pros:

The breakfast foods and serving time was great. They offered a variety of fruits and omelets. The food serving staff was very hospital and patient.

Increíble relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Me encantò el desayuno, mucha atenciòn al detalle y muy variado. Cuenta con una omelette station que marca mucho la diferencia.
Me gustò el detalle de los dos drinks complementarios en el Bar & Grill del hotel, hace que todos los huespedes quieran compartir tambien fuera de sus habitaciones y disfrutar mas de las instalaciones.

Cons:

A pesar de que cuenta con bonitas y comodas habitaciones, no me gustò que la mia tenia muchos descuidos tecnicos en varias luces y algunos mobiliarios. Dicho esto aun asi estuve muy contento durante mi estancia.

Just Meh. Gets the job done

Just meh. For all the money paid for this resort, it could’ve been a lot better. Maintence issues starting at the door, paint was peeled off horribly, bad show at entrance. Second, toilet paper was found with no triangle fold, half a roll of toilet paper. Bathroom was moldy, lack of caulking. Shower head was both full of lime, and dripping at the base, broken. BOTH sink and tub stopper missing, and loose handrails and soap holder. Beds okay, room was average, got the job done. Food selection was decent, but tables left dirty frequently, and strangely sticky? That’s about it. I wouldn’t really stay again, I’d probably choose a higher quality resort. Pictures attached

Pleasant stay in a quiet city away from the busy Los Angeles county
Pros:

Friendly staff and full serviced hotel with all the amenities. Loved the made to order omelette station. Enjoyed eating breakfast out in the atrium. Loved that this hotel is decorated near all the restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and especially Porto’s Bakery is across the street!!

Cons:

Our first day we got placed in a suite right across from the elevators and some lights were not working. Got moved to a private area from the elevator. Did not have hot water so we had to call front desk for maintenance, half hour later we finally had hot water for showering. Hotel is now showing signs of wear and tear, so updating could spruce it up to match Hilton’s hospitality standards. Be advised there is a daily parking fee of $20.

A Great Stay!
Pros:

Great room, great location. It's in the town center of Downey, accessible to so many places of fun. The lobby is so beautiful. Food is great. View on the terrace is amazing. Room is clean. The omelet served in breakfast is so delicious.

I highly recommend this place to everyone who plans trips to Los Angeles.
