Really bad staff
Pros:

Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff were incredibly rude.

Not again
Cons:

Hotel was advertised to be walking distance from the airport terminals which was false. Around 10 mins to Terminal 2 but probably 20 mins from Terminal 1, with large luggage add at least 5-8 mins extra, no signage on directions whatsoever along the way between the airport and hotel.
Hotel was expensive given how dated the rooms actually are, arguably false advertisement again, the photos gave me a much more renovated impression. Bathrooms are tiny and not very clean. Bed linens old.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely staff. Great shuttle service. Room was smallish, but comfy beds, nice size soft towels. Great breakfast, absolutely everything you could ever want.

Cons:

Very long walk to the bedroom was the only negative

OK but only for one night. Unsure I would return.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

My reservation (and payment) via booking dot com for three double rooms was not in the system when I arrived--only two double rooms. It took a very long time tor resolve this. We were charged twice for a drink at the bar and the refund process was extremely complicated and will take days. The path to the terminal is not clear at all. There is no covered entry to the hotel, in a country where it rains often.
