Pros:

Cooked to order omelettes and the happy hour. Rooms were big. Staff at breakfast were kind.

Cons:

Room service was spotty- half done sone days or not at all. Entrance is not at all obvious.

Bathrooms need cleaned better. A magic eraser would fix the tub issue. More attention to detail would be more hygienic.

Great location, friendly staff, however would not have booked if we knew the pool area was so small.
Pros:

Downtown location had easy access to food, convention center, etc.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub are way too small for such a large hotel. We could not use the pool, and had to sign up for a time slot.

Hectic chaos

It was a convenient location

Cons:

I did not like the expensive parking fee nor the 100$ a night deposit fee. Only place I have stayed that does that. The pool kept having to be closed and promised they would call us when it was our turn and never happened. Never was able to make our free drink service and no other time slot. Our bath tub would not stopper so that my child could have a bath since she couldn’t swim in the pool. The air conditioning was faulty so we had to get a box fan which no one helped us to find outlets for on the room. The mini fridge in the hotel room even on the coolest setting froze everything we put in it causing cans to explode. We only spent two nights there. There is no way the beds are Queen sized beds either. Felt like two full sized beds. Second day the key cards stopped working even though I paid for late check out which with everything that went wrong should have been a courtesy.

If you like the smell of feces this is your place!
Pros:

The location was perfect for an event at the convention center.

Cons:

Room smelled like sewer. When we brought it to the managers attention they sent maintenance in to put the strongest fragrance inside the vents to mask the smell. It triggered a migraine for 2 days! The rooms are old, dirty and not well maintained. Unfinished drywall, rust, the bathroom walls had clear dirty handprints. The sink in the “kitchen” was blocked up.
