Okay but not sure I would stay there again
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff was very attentive and helpful

Cons:

AC didn’t work in our first room, we moved rooms twice in our two night stay. One elevator was broken and with a full hotel it caused delays

Cons:

Air conditioning in room did nor work. Had to use fans for 3 days. Wasn't offer a new room or even spoke with he manager. Won't be staying again

Woke up to banging on my door. Very rude
Pros:

Well I’ve never experienced someone banging on my door, telling me it’s time to check out! I was sound asleep, very rude yelling loudly outside my door. I couldn’t believe it. So It scares me & I don’t open the door. I go to use the phone to call down to front desk and it doesn’t work. I get my phone call & she’s rude, Then they apologize, Very upsetting. I’ve been coming here All my life. I hope I can forget this experience. but it’s doubtful. Saundra Hill

Pros:

The bar and food was really good.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable, and the 2 elevators that were closest to our room one of them was not working. Made it very inconvenient for us on the 7th floor to go up and down.

Great business hotel
Pros:

Great hotel for a business trip. This was my 6th or 7th time at this hotel, and must positively call out Christine at the front desk. Every single visit she has been kind, outgoing, proactively helpful, and am absolute delight to work with. Thank you, Christine.

Could have been better yet couldn’t have been worse.
Pros:

Nice friendly employees.

Cons:

There was an extremely large group of very loud, vulgar, arrogant people who were running the halls till late in the early hours. I couldn’t get to sleep until after 4:00 AM.
