There is nothing luxe about this hotel and check out my review of their sister hotel The Courtleigh. From the sad breakfast and if you're vegan all you're getting for breakfast is the fruit and tea. The ATM was clearly out of money and Patrice at the front desk told me she didn't have any complaints and therefore the issue didn't exist. Then proceeded to tell me to walk 15 min or take a 5 min taxi to the bank. Bizarre at best. The rooms are dated and the conference spaces used for the Caribbean Studies Association conference lacked audio visual staff, equipment and class. Our view was stunted by the ropes for painting using a scaffold and mold on bathrooms that need updating. Yuck, oh and this hotel is incapable of cash advances but thinks it's a leader in the hospitality. Get a room at the Four Seasons instead, for the money I wasted here you'd do better paying more.
Ackeem was very helpful pleasant great work hectic towards guest. He make sure I was okay with my stay. The room is very nice and clean definitely looking forward to wards a great stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I think the price was too high.
Booked a single room here to relax and unwind after a busy day that culminated in a gala dinner which was conveniently held in the ballroom downstairs (which was fantastic btw) - by the time wifey and I checked in it was after 10pm and the manager on duty - Nichel was his name I believe, was super accommodating and even upgraded us to a suite as it was so late!
We had drinks at the well stocked bar in the lobby before retiring to our plush suite for the night. Excellent service all round and will definitely return!

Ackeem is very patient courteous and extremely welcoming. My room on the second floor is very comfortable with a nice view looking forward to a great stay.
Ackeem was helpful very professional he assisted us with getting our rooms and helped us out with getting connected to the wifi. The room is nice great for the occasion.

Although my stay was one night it was pleasant Comfortable all relevant spaces was clean and airy akeem and chassi was great help with instruction on what ever I needed wonderful lads.
