Pros:

The hotel had a cafe, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and tennis courts. Also the guest laundry was very handy.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful and appeared disinterested, sometimes rude

The ambiance and food in the Main zHall at the Banquet I attended was excellent
Pros:

The variety and that it was Buffett so I could choose what I desired and return for more or something else.

Cons:

I had to go back to front desk to connect with WI-FI

I selected the Pegasus primarily for the breakfast buffet. Was very disappointed and won’t be returning

Facility and property was great

Cons:

The breakfast buffet which the Pegasus is known for has really declined. I was told that if I wanted the national dish (ackee and salt fish) I had to purchase separately. There was also way too much dinner items on the buffet. One day they didn’t even have fruits.

Pros:

I want to rest a little to clear my head and so I did I will definitely be visiting again thank you guys for accommodating me

Cons:

I loved everything apart from the fact that my other half is scared of the elevator and so I had the back and forth to come get him at all times

Great stay overall and despite the slowness of the food service, the wait staff were fantastic.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the bacon is very good, I had to ask what brand it was.

Cons:

The slowness of the kitchen. At lunch time (between 2:30 - 3:45) It took over 45 mins to get 2 sandwiches and a burger and we had to get it to-go as we ran out of time to eat. There were only 3 occupied tables in the restaurant at the time so it was far from busy. The prior night it took nearly an hour to get a serving of pasta in the evening, granted this was around 8pm. but still not very late.
