Is such a courteous and patient young man who attended to us to get us properly settled in our room . Remembered us immediately as soon as we pulled up on the lobby to check out .
Joel at the front desk was very courteous and efficient .

So far very good and I enjoy the energy here. Ackeem has been a very good help here as well and he’s very funny- I like how joyful he is. The view is quite nice too and the meal is very rich here, especially the cheesecake.
The rooms and facilities were clean.
Breakfast was not good, limited vegan options
Ackeem and Shanae are excellent workers. Shanae made sure I got nice room with an excellent view of the pool and the city and Mr Ackeem with his top notch customer service great greetings and all. Over all it’s an excellent stay
Pegasus is always my first option when staying in Kingston Jamaica.
Location was fine but the breakfast options were limited for persons with religious eating preferences.
logistics interms of the CUF conferences and its meals were a bit challenging. No fault of the hotel, I suppose.
