الفندق كان ممتاز و كذلك الموقع و المرافق كلها بشكل عام كانت ممتازة

لم يكن تعاون فيما يخص تمديد ساعة الخروج حيث كنت ارغب بالتمديد لغاية الثانية بعد الظهر الا ان الموظف المعني لم يقبل ذلك و طلب دفع مبلغ مقابل التمديد مما اضطررت للدفع .لم يكن هناك مساعدة او تفاهم من قبل العاملين بالفندق لمراعاة ظروفي بالرغم من اني احد اعضاء الفندق .
