Pros:

very opulent and staff were friendly and helpful. room was fantastic and bed comfortable. Aircon was relatively quiet which was a bonus. Left the do not clean room sign out and they actually kept to it (which I found unusual in Canada as normally ignored) so my wishes were observed.
didnt have breakfast but got a coffee and juice to drink in the gorgeous lobby lounge and this was good.
Bar area vibrant but not noisy.
Pre booked at the QI hair salon and this was great and value for money.
would definately stay here again

Zonă bună, centrală. Camera a fost mare și curată, dotată cu produse de igienă, ceai, cafea și apă.

Lobby-ul este foarte frumos amenajat.

Personalul a fost și el amabil.

Cons:

- Faptul ca trebuie sa plătești 15 dolari / zi pentru internet.
- Garanția care îți este blocată pe card.

It is an excellent hotel, great amenities and well trained friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was a good size, AC worked well which is important given it is a hot summer and the room was clean and also quiet as I requested, I could hardly tell if there was anyone else on my floor.

Cons:

Perhaps an extra railing in the bathroom will be nice for long staying guests to dry/hang their personal effects.
