Pros:

Great service while checking in!! So clean as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit understaffed. The bar area was dirty with plates but it was because they didn’t have enough people

The stay was a wonderful stay. I was able to ignore the mini dislikes. But overall this is a great place to stay!
Pros:

I truly appreciated the location. The cafe had amazing food. The bar was such a great place to hang out and the bartenders were absolutely wonderful!

Cons:

I noticed that for a 5 day stay, I was not given a room with a refrigerator nor an ironing board with iron for my clothing. It was very inconvenient to have to go all the way to M-mezzanine level just to get ice. I don’t understand how a luxury hotel does not have ice machines on every floor. That really is bizarre to me. Also, all staff were kind and welcoming, but that was only after they learned I was a guest of the hotel and then some of the demeanor changed. I was constantly asked if I was guest upon entry. At first, I thought it was because the Iraq football team were there. But even after they left and the security calmed down, I was still being asked if I was a guest of the property. I just literally started to just walk with key in hand so it would stop.
