Hôtel bien situé mais les 4 étoiles ne se justifient pas du tout.

Chambre donnant sur un immeuble : gros vis à vis : j'étais obligée de fermer les rideaux ou volets pour que les gens d'en face de puisse pas me voir... (vis à vis très proche)

Zimmer wirkt etwas leer und war sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet.
Bad ist klein und mit unpraktischer Dusche in der Badewanne ausgestattet...
Unser Zimmer wurde doppelt gebucht. Nach längerer Wartezeit wurde uns dann ein etwas größeres Zimmer gegeben. Bei dem Bett hatte es sich um zwei Einzelbetten gehandelt, die einfach nur zusammen geschoben wurden.
Am Abend beim Besuch der Rooftopbar mussten wir lange auf unsere Getränke warten die uns erst auf Nachfrage gebracht wurden. Die Bedienung war unhöflich...

Le camere sono più più grande del letto ,non si riesce fare nulla,le finestre blindate ,nonce aria ,penalizzante sembra una prigione .la terrazza sporca trascurata .nonce nessuna piscina Trane che un idromassaggio .il personale quando ho detto che era orribile mi ha chiesto pure le tasse del soggiorno.veramente pessimo

Great stay with excellent location and service, but some noise issues
Pros:

Beautiful, charming hotel with a classic style and very well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was also large and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and everything tasted great. The location is perfect, right in the center of Nice. Staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful, especially when we requested a room change.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation from the windows, you can hear a lot of outside noise, which forced us to change rooms after the first night. Unfortunately, we had to move to an older room without a view despite paying extra initially. WiFi was unreliable in the rooms. Nearby parking is convenient but very expensive and not great quality, it would be nice if the hotel offered discounted rates.

À noter que l’appareil à badge pour les chambres était en panne à l’arrivée donc nécessité de se faire ouvrir la porte par le personnel à chaque sortie.
