Great location for exploring Nice - we also chose it because of the roof terrace. Room was modern and comfortable on the main staff were helpful
The sofas were position under the tv - although wasn’t a major problem as could t find any UK based channels. The roof terrace would benefit from more shade and is was slightly disappointing the staff seemed very eager close the area ahead of an early 5 pm closing time. Also without notice on a Saturday ( a very busy day) the decision was made without notice to close the pool area for maintenance.
Viskas arti ir vietoje. Tiek paplūdimys bei miesto centras 5 min atstumu. Viešbutis kiekvieną dieną tvarkomas ir švaru. Personalas mandagus. Iš 7 aukšto super panorama. Šalia parkai, vos per gatvę. Parkingas irgi šalia viešbučio. Į baseiną rankšluosčiai nemokami.
Baseinas ant stogo mažokas ir vietą prie gultų reikia užsiimti anksčiau. Baseinas veikia iki 17 val.
Akmenuoti visi Nicos paplūdimiai. Būtinai reikia vandens batų.

Окна не открывали ни разу, в номере покусали комары. Бассейн на крыше очень маленький, не совсем удобный

La piscine du rooftop n’est pas très grande (mais elle a le mérite d’exister! :)
Comfortable bed and spacious room. The terrace was lovely and the blackout shutters and air con led to a good nights sleep. I loved the rooftop bar and pool view.
Tram stop and old town were very close.
The pool was quite small and the lift were very time consuming although this did get better when I found the stairs.

The location was perfect.
I asked for an iron upon arrival and the twice after but was only told the last time that they were limited due to safety precautions. I never received one even after seeing a staff member transferring one on site.
Sentral beliggenhet i Nice. Det ligger nær gamlebyen og stranden. Frokosten var god og de ansatte var hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Rommene var fine.
Sengen var smal og hard.
Un personnel accueillant, poli, discret. Prise en compte du besoin client.
Attention au rooftop où la partie grignotage n’est pas en corrélation avec les 4 étoiles de l Établissement. Les cocktails étaient corrects

On m a rétrogradé de chambre et parking 35 euros par jour
Rooms were small, slipped in the bathroom, husband hit his head on a overhead box, dirty, staff were rude. Bad smell in foyer.

Smelt. Room had poor air conditioning and was not fixed despite raising it with staff.
The location of the hotel is outstanding, breakfast excellent, moonbar staff, food and drinks all outstanding. Other staff were not necessarily very helpful, complaints about faults in the room went unrectified. When we spoke to the reception manager he was outstanding and dealt with our complaints. This same efficiency needs to be instilled in the rest of the team.The other 2 rooms in our group were very good, clean and comfortable.
The junior suite (room 322) was disappointing considering the charge, it needs a complete deep clean and a certain amount of refurbishment.
One of the housekeeping staff was very rude and unhelpful
