Room not what we paid for
Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

We booked a premium/premier room, the pictures looked amazing. BUT the room we got was awful. Definitely not what we paid for, small, damp smell, and nothing like the pictures that were attached to the room details when we booked it. It was a special birthday treat for my partner so I did not want to make a fuss, but it was very very upsetting and disappointing that I had booked the room based on the pictures and the room was a standard basic room and not what we paid for. Also the kettle didn't reach the socket and we had to place it ON THE FLOOR to boil it, when our room was cleaned whilst we were out the kettle was still on the floor when we returned, where we had left it, so either the floor wasn't cleaned or the housekeeper knew it didn't reach. Either way thats quite telling. We were definitely overcharged and missold our room, its actually infuriating.

Very poor facilities for the price but fantastic location and views.
Pros:

Excellent location. Balcony wonderful. Fabulous views. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Room and bathroom needed refurbishment. Considering we paid more for a better room with balcony the room was poor. A shower fitment was broken. The inside extra lock on the main door was broken. The doors to the balcony didn’t lock, were mended, and broke again the next day. The base of the bed was a different size to the mattress and stuck out at the sides. The pipework was noisy.

Pros:

Perfect location , friendly staff and wonderful roof top bar and restaurant.
we were a group of girlfriends traveling together.
The front desk assisted us with a reservation we needed revised at a local restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing.
Perhaps the leak in the lobby and slow elevators if i needed to think of something.

Sehr schöner erster Besuch in Nizza
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Altstadt und an der Strandpromenade, das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen, das Frühstück für Frankreich reichhaltig

Cons:

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr gut fotografiert, tatsächlich ist er sehr klein und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet

Nach dem Zimmer Upgrade war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die gute Lage zur Altstadt und Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das gute Frühstück.

Cons:

Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer war im letzten Bereich des Hotels. Aussicht in den unschönen Innenhof. War allerdings das günstigste Zimmer.

Really enjoyed our stay it made for a good two days in Nice

Location excellant, good sized room. Rooftop bar was very good but a bit expensive. Comfortable bed. Staff curteous and helpful

The property was great base for our purposes visiting the World Ocean Kayak Event based in Vila Joiosa and the surroundi
Pros:

A good sized Town House type property set over 4 floors with 2 spacious outdoor terrace and a solarium and access to a communal swimming pool. The property provided plenty of space for a family or group of up yo 8 people for a relaxed stay and is well equipped with plenty of space for on road parking immediately adjacent to the property. The property is only 30 minutes from Alicante Airport and in a nice location for exploring El Campello and Vila Joiosa which are 2 nice coastal towns to visit both around 15 minutes away by car. There is also a tram service that can be accessed from fairly near to the property that runs from Alicante to Benidorm.

Cons:

The property is a little isolated without any bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but with a couple of highly recommended restaurants on resorts within a 10 minute drive.

Cons:

The room smelt, was suppose to have mountain view.. got back alley staircase.
Pool closes at 5.. which was stated.
The key didn’t work 5 times had to go back front desks each time.
We were to and paid for 2 nights but left after one we didn’t like it all.

Pros:

Generously proportioned room with an excellent view from the balcony overlooking the Promenade du Paillon in the park and Place Massena.
The staff were unfailingly helpful and responsive to requests and the food in the restaurant and at breakfast were excellent.

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable; view was amazing, breakfast is excellent, location is perfect. It is near Place Massina, across from Old Town, right near Galleries Lafayette, and in the same block as a fabulous Haute Couture fabric shop (Wonderland Fabrics). Staff are lovely. View from roof is gorgeous. Window in the room opens. Yay! AC worked well.

Cons:

The food at the rooftop fancy restaurant. The lamb was very tough with tendons running through the meat. (Lamb Skewers)
