Very nice
Pros:

The room balcony was very hard to access because of the position of the bed and balcony door were very close together as you could not leave it open to use it very unfortunately

Amazing location, would stay again
Pros:

Location was amazing. Terrace had amazing views.

Cons:

Rooms are fairly small. I also had a challenge where they didn’t end up with availability the first night, so had to split my time between two hotels. They sorted it for me, but took a few phone calls!

Huoneiston sijainti rakennuksessa, hometta. Huonetta ei siivottu kolmen päivän vierailulla, vaikka se kuului majoituksen hintaan. Pyyhkeet kuitenkin käytiin vaihtamassa. Epäsiisti jo tullessa.

Property was fully equipped with everything we needed, comfy bed and nice bathroom with a big window. The pool a bit small and the walls are so high you can’t see the view when you’re in there, but if you just want to cool down it’s no problem. Their rooftop bar was amazing, we had a great night dancing to the live music and the cocktails were great. Very nicely situated in Nice old town close to all the action.

For supporting our son in Ironman this hotel was perfect.
Pros:

Location a few blocks from sea and promenade and close to old town. Especially for the Ironman Village just in front of hotel. Plus loved the terrace bar and restaurant

Cons:

My door was difficult to open for me a woman of over 75. I had to give it a kick. The metal was a bit twisted. Told the hotel, but didn’t fix it.

qualité des équipements luminaires branlants gel douche pas remplis pas de tapis de bain chambre pas faite avant 14h00 douche qui goutte serrure non fonctionnelle pendant 24heures non réactivité du personnel pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Bref hotel vieillissant à éviter

Set up of the bathrooms in the junior suites. No sink with the toilet. You have to go to the other room.AC wasn’t very strong in our room but it was better than no having one at all.

Établissement surcoté, bruyant, dommage
Pros:

Emplacement top

Cons:

Ultra bruyant (bruit de la rue et de la climatisation dont le modèle date de plusieurs année me semble-t-il).
Et dommage quand on colle 2 lits simples de ne pas mettre un surmatelas double pour éviter d'avoir un trou au milieu.
