Important information:

Renovation work (of the bathrooms) will be carried out from mid-June 2026 until presumably autumn 2027.

Renovation work is taking place daily and there may be temporary restrictions due to construction work. But the hotel remains fully open.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und komfortabel.Supergute Matrazen helfen, gut zu schlafen.
Das Personal war - insbesondere im Restaurant- zuvorkommend, kompetent und zügig arbeitend.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage im upgegradeten Zimmer defekt. Aber Dank der ruhigen Lage konnten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Cons:

Leider hat uns dieser Aufenthalt in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht. Unter dem Bett war es sehr staubig und offensichtlich lange nicht gereinigt worden. Die Bettbeine wiesen zudem weiße, angetrocknete Flecken auf – diese ließen sich zwar mit einem Feuchttuch entfernen, hätten aber bei der Zimmerreinigung gar nicht erst entstehen dürfen. Auch der Abfluss im Bad war verschmutzt.

Besonders besorgniserregend: Die Scharnierstifte der Badezimmertür standen weit heraus und stellten so eine echte Verletzungsgefahr dar – gerade für Kinder ein ernstzunehmendes Sicherheitsrisiko.

Wir haben die Rezeption informiert und um Nachbesserung gebeten. Nach einem erneuten Reinigungsversuch war das Ergebnis jedoch identisch schlecht.

Auch beim Frühstück gab es einen kleinen Wermutstropfen: Obwohl frisch gekocht wurde, gab es keine Pfannkuchen – das war schon etwas verwunderlich, da ich das eigentlich als Standard erwarten würde.

Insgesamt leider ein Aufenthalt, der in puncto Hygiene und Sicherheit deutlich nachbessern muss.

Die Lage und Gestaltung des Badezimmers. Es gab keine Tür zum Schlafraum, so dass der Partner immer vom Geräusch der Toilette und dem Licht geweckt wurde
