Erholsam und entspannt.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund war unproblematisch.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht das am Frühstücksbuffet das Essen nicht nur in Gluten-/ Laktose frei gekennzeichnet ist. Sondern auch auf den Schildern die Allergene gezeichnet werden könnten.

Für Städtetour perfekt
Pros:

Schön gelegen an der Donau, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal , gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr große Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider kein Zimmer zur Donau bekommen , obwohl vorab angegeben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock zum Eingang hin, da waren natürlich bis spät abends Raucher, die sich auch laut unterhielten. Im Winter ok aber im Sommer, wenn man das Fenster auf hat sehr lästig

Pros:

Ich hatte einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt im Plaza Parkhotel Neu-Ulm.
Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir das sehr geräumige Zimmer, das wirklich gut und umfangreich ausgestattet war.
Auch das Personal war durchweg nett und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top, da man eine tolle Nähe zur historischen Altstadt genießt und alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Beim Parken hatten ich großes Glück: Da die Anlage auf dem Parkplatz nebenan defekt war, konnte ich kostenlos stehen.
Toller Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Altstadt!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider weniger gut gereinigt, hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Ulm
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 15 Minuten zu Fuss am Ulmer Münster.
Zimmer war sehr gross und sehr schön. Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Die Bar hätte etwas besser bestückt sein könne. Ist aber Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.
