Me registre y tomaron mis datos, posteriormente cené y anotaron el número de mi habitación como es normal pensé que me facturarían en el check Out pero llegaron a mi habitación a las 23:00 pm a facturar para cerrar su caja o su turno , despertándome de mi descanso .
Eso lo pudieron hacer tranquilamente al siguiente día .
No mostraron consideración para el huésped en su momento de descanso .

The hotel had many amenities including a great workout space, a sauna, steam room, pool, and many sitting areas. The breakfast buffet was immense and full of choices, the bathroom was large with great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel was FULL of air fresheners that spewed scent into the air so heavily that I could practically taste it and it gave my roommate a headache. These endocrine disrupters are horrible for your health and only the rooftop provided fresh air.

I stayed at the Oro Verde Hotel in Guayaquil, very easy and very accessible to almost anything. restaurants with authentic Ecuadorian food.
The staff, the cleaning personnel, the environment, everything was 10/10
I would come back for sure and I recommend 100% Oro Verde to my friends and family.
