Service impeccable, du personnel de la réception au personnel du bar et du petit déjeuner, j'ai été agréablement surpris d'une si bonne prestation de service. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose, il offre une panoplie de choix et tout est excellent. La chambre et la salle de bain sont de très bonne dimension et la literie est impeccable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans le centre historique, près de tout !
Le cout de la restauration et du bar sont élevés, disons un peu plus que le Wyndham, l'Unipark Oro Verde et le Gran Hotel Guayaquil, établissements dans lesquels j'ai hébergé dans les dernières semaines.

No tenía refrigerador en la habitación y cuando lo solicitamos indicaron que justo en ese piso no disponían ! Y habíamos comprado comida y no teníamos donde guardarla en ese calor .

El parqueadero al frente .. y además no hay quien te acompañe ni nada es botado ahí

El precio alto ya que al final me dicen que no incluyen desayuno y debo pagar 125 dólares adicional pero si hubiera reservado directamente en el hotel hubiera citado menos, incluido todo, mal el servio al cliente y debo booking
