Great choice for a solo traveler
Pros:

The entire employee team was exceptional, very welcoming, always smiling, polite and truly helpful. The hotel is modern, well maintained, very clean, perfectly located by the River Landing, with comfortable beds. I traveled solo and stayed there three nights so the accommodation was perfect for my needs, however; if you travel with family, the room might be a little small with very little space for your belongings.

Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly, we were so happy they could accommodate our early check-in request in order to get some work done. The room was nice and tidy. I couldn't quite figure out the A/C, I only got it to work in intervals and it would automatically shut off. It wasn't a huge concern to me and I didn't ask staff about it. Overall, great experience. Only con was that the breakfast was under-staffed and there was a 25-minute wait, so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Nice hotel but not great service
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Despite charging us, there were no parking spots left in the underground lot. We were then offered surface parking at a lot that was a couple of blocks away (and didn't feel very secure). The desk staff claimed that other underground options were closed for maintenance.
Breakfast at the hotel was mediocre- super slow service and the food was cold when it finally arrived.

Nice hotel with a beautiful river view
Pros:

Great location close to the city center with easy access to and from the airport. There’s a lovely riverside walk leading to plenty of dining options. The room was clean and quiet—even with a loud birthday party happening next door.

Cons:

The two elevators were shared with service staff, so wait times could be longer when trying to reach the floor.

Cons:

the drive up and parking was confusing. The identification of the hotel on the outside could be improved. I did not see the hotel name clearly marked.
