Good stay
Pros:

The staff were good, polite and friendly. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. For Asian Vegetarians like us, potato wedges, baked beans or vegetables would have made the breakfast complete.

Hotel zelf is netjes. Alleen het personeel valt tegen.
Pros:

De ligging en de kamers

Cons:

Personeel. We hebben de eerste avond meer dan een uur overgedaan om de juiste kamers te krijgen. Met drie kinderen. Je wacht bij de bar meer dan 15 min omdat het personeel constant buiten aan het roken is. Je moet hem roepen om je te komen helpen.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Nettes Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Safe und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Riesen-Fernseher mit guter Programm-und App-Auswahl. Geräumige Dusche. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet. Aufzug angenehm schnell vor Ort. Standortvorteil - REWE-Supermarkt direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Warmes Wasser brauchte etwas lange beim Duschen. Straßenverkehr der naheliegenden B55a auch durch die geschlossenen Fenster gut vernehmbar. Parkgebühr 15 Euro pro Nacht finde ich etwas überzogen. Soviel zahlen ich für Anwohnerparkausweis bei mir im Monat. Ebenso 3,99 für eine kleine Flasche Bier am Getränkeautomat im Foyer. Schade auch, dass die Bar bereits um 22.30 geschlossen war.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig.
Die Nähe zur nächsten Bahnstation war perfekt.

Für Messegäste ideal, toller Barmann. Sehr bemüht das es seinen Gästen gut geht. Danke dafür!

Cons:

Das mönnliche Rezeptionspersonal (2× Personen), eine Frau war nicht dabei. Die jungen Männer wirkten gelangweilt, genervt , jede Frage zu viel - solche Mitarbeiter hätte ich von der Leonardo Kette nicht erwartet. Ich war vor 6 Monaten in Dresden, ganz andere Zugewandtheit und Servicegedanke!
