Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein netter und kompetenter Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit super freundlichen Personal. Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer.

Toller Balkon mit Bergblock, wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit.

Pros:

Mir hat das Zimmer gut gefallen, neu und sauber.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Superior-Zimmer bestellt, aber ein Standardzimmer bekommen. Nach langer Diskussion und dem Zeigen von Bildern des bestellten Zimmers an der Rezeption habe ich dann erst mein bestelltes Zimmer erhalten. So etwas geht gar nicht.

...für den Preis absolut in Ordnung...
Pros:

Personal im Barbereich sehr freundlich und fähig.. Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung. Nicht übermäßig viel aber alles vorhanden was zu einem Frühstück gehört. Viel wird für die Gäste erneuert. Tablets in den Zimmern für alle Infos und eventuelle Absage der Zimmerreinigung. Finde ich sehr nachhaltig.

Cons:

An der Rezeption hätte ich mir tatsächlich gewünscht freundlicher begrüßt zu werden, zudem ist mir das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen worden. Ein 1 Woche vorher gebuchtes Upgrade wurde ignoriert aber kassiert. Auf Rückfrage danach aber geändert und neues Zimmer bekommen.
Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich beim nicken.
Die Gegend dort ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ;-)

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war klimatisiert (wir hatten noch Glück), zwingend bei 35 Grad!, gutes Frühstückbuffet, auch das Essen abends war gut, gute Lage, leicht zu finden, guter Autobahnanschluss

Cons:

Parkplatz war vorhanden, aber hoffnungslos überfüllt, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Vibration der Klimaanlage (5.Stock) war zu spüren bzw. zu hören, Wechsel des Zimmers war nicht möglich, da nur noch Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage vorhanden waren, im Badezimmer war am Wasserhahn des Handwaschbeckens kalt und warm vertauscht (nicht so schlimm, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil man sich doch an die Kennzeichnung hält :-( )
