This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Ancient Rome.
Pros:

I was warmly greeted. I arrived earlier than check-in but they were able to give me access to my room within 5 minutes. The hotel is spotless, a boutique hotel which I like. The Bar was a great place to sit and visit with other travelers and the Bartender was outstanding. Snacks were offer with drinks. The Bartender is a true mixologist. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and there are many restaurants and great shops nearby.

Cons:

The room was the smallest room that I have ever had. The bathroom was spacious and had great amenities. The bedroom was so tiny that I could barely get around the bed to put clothes in the closet. The safe was tucked away in the back of the closet making it almost impossible to get to it. There was only a bedside stand on the side where the closet was, and impossible to sleep on that side because of the proximity to the closet with a narrow walkway so I had to put my electronics by the door to the hallway on the floor. Very awkward. I will stay at the Hotel Barocco again but I will insist on a larger room for the money that I paid.

Pros:

Great location, walkable to many sites like Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Transportation to airport, for a charge, is a must. This is our second time staying at the Barocco. We love it. Great little bar for a nightcap and a really nice breakfast.

Cons:

Can't say anything we didn't like.

Bad based on theft and bad drycleaning/ laundry service that my next hotel handled perfectly.
Pros:

One of their staff stole approximately $800 in cash from our room. My son accidently did not lock the cash in the safety deposit box. They also failed to properly clean my blouse when sent to their drycleaning service. My next hotel in Florence got my blouse perfectly clean. Overall very bad experience.

The smell in the room and being a victim of theft.
