Less than a hundred dollars
Staff was nowhere to be found in the morning for checkout and they did not have a breakfast set up at all. One of the many reasons I picked the hotel was because of the little breakfast included,
I liked that the room did NOT have a carpet and there were hard floors.
There was a smell in the room. I think just leaving the doors open and some glade plug ins should help with that. The location isnt ideal for a family. This is more of a party room place or trucker needs to sleep kind of place. We were woke in the middle of the night by screams of "get out" coming from the room next to us or possibly above us.
I did need to book a room very last minute and funds were low. SO, it worked for what I needed but I cant say I would return or recommend .
OH and there is NO continental breakfast. No grab and go.as advertised. Also no coffee machine in room.
There was nothing we liked. Manager was okay but staff is rude.
Cleaning staff is rude, trash around parking lot, outside trash cans overflowing, man next door beating his girl half the night. Overall just a bad stay

We had roaches in our room. Went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. The clerk said he could not give us back a full refund and can only give us one day back and another room. We did not take another room because once you see one Roach, there are others who follow. Called corporate number, and they stated that that hotel was under pest control at that time anyway. So that meant they knew about the roaches
The tv worked!
Everything else was average!
We were booked here as part of a promotion (GoCRV) and the place was labeled as “Resort” which it is NOT. It is 30 minutes driving from Virginia Beach, and everywhere else we wanted to go. It’s dirty, a bit scary, and not as described on hotel sites.
Good things first - we were able to sleep, though there was some noise. We were able to store our bikes in the room as we felt leaving them on the car was asking for trouble. There is a fridge! And a microwave. The bed is comfy enough with no bed bugs, and the shower is strong, though no nonslip shower mat in sight. The other good thing is Barry, who seems to be working all the time. He did try to get our tv working, delivered clean towels when asked and answered many questions.
The location in Chesapeake is between a strip club and tattoo parlor. Mostly it houses workers from the area. There is no daily housekeeping, despite what listings say. The room smells like smoke and outside there are occasional wafts of weed. The floors were gross and we had to wipe our feet so as not to drag dirt into bed. Linens and towels were not changed for the four nights we were there. The towels are like middle school gym towels and not too many of them. Barry did bring us a couple more when we asked. The AC works but sounds like a plane taking off. It became a joke between us to buckle up. Funniest thing, there was a note when we arrived jn the room from housekeeping that said not to turn the TV off, which was blaring. We figured maybe the remote needed batteries. Barry went out of his way to reprogram a new remote when the first didn’t work. Unfortunately, the tv then had no sound. At all. We didn’t bother Barry with that.
We had requested a downstairs room on arrival, because of our bikes, but none were available. No elevator. Stairways without handrails. No body wash in shower. No breakfast though apparently there is coffee and Barry handed us a couple of breakfast bars on our departure. Some walls and doors in poor repair.
With a good cleaning, this place could be ok. We were able to sleep here four nights without major incident. And Barry deserves a raise.
No breakfast and the door was locked whenwe tried to get breakfast.
I will share this review so ppl are aware of this scam I will never use booking .com
Last minute cancelations to up the price n resell it on a busy week hope u all got more money n lost a customer
