Days Inn by Wyndham Chesapeake

This is not an honest business: 1, The duty manager asked extra $12 for each room when checking in, he just randomly pointed to his computer screen and ordered us to pay for it. 2, The motel supposed had free breakfast, when we go down there before 9:00am(breakfast time 6:00am-10:00am), the staff told us just coffee only. 3, Super duty and 2 flies flying all night long inside the room, no function hair drier, no shampoo and body wash, broken tile in bathroom almost cut my foot, lights were half working, even flashing in mirror lights.

Everything and everyone was nasty room had roaches sheets had stains housekeeping was rude front desk was rude and tried to scam me by trying to make me pay an extra $50 for a (service fee and car fee) I don’t even have a car and no other hotel does that just that one and I been going to different hotels for years

There was a smell in the room. I think just leaving the doors open and some glade plug ins should help with that. The location isnt ideal for a family. This is more of a party room place or trucker needs to sleep kind of place. We were woke in the middle of the night by screams of "get out" coming from the room next to us or possibly above us.
I did need to book a room very last minute and funds were low. SO, it worked for what I needed but I cant say I would return or recommend .
OH and there is NO continental breakfast. No grab and go.as advertised. Also no coffee machine in room.

Staff was nowhere to be found in the morning for checkout and they did not have a breakfast set up at all. One of the many reasons I picked the hotel was because of the little breakfast included,

Cleaning staff is rude, trash around parking lot, outside trash cans overflowing, man next door beating his girl half the night. Overall just a bad stay

Roaches critters. Rude staff

We had roaches in our room. Went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. The clerk said he could not give us back a full refund and can only give us one day back and another room. We did not take another room because once you see one Roach, there are others who follow. Called corporate number, and they stated that that hotel was under pest control at that time anyway. So that meant they knew about the roaches
