Pros:

Gostei muito da simpatia e disponibilidade para ajudar do Sr. Baliram Chaudhary. Ele foi essencial para ajudar na tradução do Inglês para Japonês uma vez que os outros membros do staff não falavam inglês fluente. O nosso transfer driver, Sr Satoru foi super prestável e simpático, é uma excelente recomendação se quiseres ter um transporte dedicado e privado.

食事お刺身が美味しかった。送迎車の対応が親切だった。花火がお部屋からよく見えた。

Cons:

ホテル周辺にコンビニ等はないので、車のない人は必要な物は事前に用意しておく必要ありです。ホテル売店にはお土産物しかありません。

pleasant and enjoyable Atami experience
Pros:

The hotel is really nice for a stay with a nice Onsen, the view was great and the facilities and extra popcorn in the evening were a nice add on with the massage chair available.
Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Is not a dislike - but more of warning for people. The facility is located on a slope and about 15-20min walking to the center, can be demanding but doable.
We were planing to use the translation near by to walk there. we chose taxi instead.

送迎神対応に感謝!!
Pros:

たまたま空いてたからだと思いますが。熱海から送迎の車が、来宮神社にいって、かつ迎えに来て頂き。次の日は熱海城に送って頂き、また迎えにきて来宮駅近くのレストランに送迎して頂いた。運転手さんの素晴らしい神対応に感謝。
熱海は坂が多く足腰きつく助かりました。受付の女性も大変親切。コスパも良く大変素晴らしい♥

Cons:

建物古いが全般に改装されているので気にならないレベル。お風呂がもう少しぬるめが好みだが。温泉にてやむなしかな。

Pros:

Excellent hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out there is a free shuttle service to the station, which made everything even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Pros:

時期もあると思いますが、値段が非常にお手軽だったこと、スタッフさんの印象もとても良かったです。
設備も多くはありませんでしたが、最低限は揃っており、快適にすごせました。

Cons:

築年数の都合上仕方ないと思いますが、建物自体が古い感じです

快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

2泊しましたが値段が安いにも関わらず、3歳、2歳の子供を連れていてもストレスなくむしろ快適に過ごせました。キッズスペースもあるし、卓球なども楽しめる。お部屋で朝食を食べられるものも高ポイント。映画を借りれたり、コップを冷やしてくれているなど細かな気遣いもあり、熱海にきたらもう一回泊まりたい。

Cons:

しいてあげるなら駐車場が狭いくらいで、オススメの宿です。
