Pros:

Loved the onsen. It was a great experience. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices.

Cons:

The room looked dated and there was a strong unpleasant odour in the room of paint /varnish. The staff tried to help with room freashners/deodrant but was not helpfull. Luckily it was just one night stay so we were able to tolerate it.

静かな雰囲気の中で、とても癒された。
Pros:

自然の中に溶け込むようなロケーションで、部屋も広くて使いやすかった。
食事も美味しく、落ち着いた雰囲気のレストランでゆっくりできた。
スタッフの方々が皆親切で、とても感じが良かった。

Cons:

仕方がないが、エレベーターの故障の為部屋への移動が大変だった。

Pros:

館内は綺麗にされており清潔感のあるホテルでした。料金もお手頃で大満族でした。

Cons:

受付けの男性スタッフの方で早口で話される方がおり、初めて聞く内容を聞き取るには早くて聞く側は大変だと思いました。
ゆっくりお願いしますと言ったら、ゆっくり丁寧に話してくれましたが、毎回そうだといいと思います。

昔の会社のグレードの高い山荘を彷彿させて、ゆったりできました！
Pros:

和室で心配でしたが、ちゃんとキッチンとリビングもついていて、快適にすごせました。
フロントの方もすごく優秀だと思いました。
食事がラウンジかお部屋とで選べると言う意味がわからなかったのですが、なるほど、お部屋がこんなにひろいとは思っていませんてました。

温泉が欲しかったが、しかたないですね、、

Cozy small resort with comfortable amenities
Pros:

This hotel is like a boutique hotel, very cozy, small and extremely comfortable. It is hidden in the woods, extremely quiet, with no noise from the road. The separation between the rooms are well done and we do not hear any noise from our neighbors. The facilities are very comfortable, ping pong table, massage chairs, hot spring bath, electric bikes, all free of charges. I highly recommend this place for everyone who has a car.
