Lovely Stay with lovely food
Pros:

The breakfast was great for the price with it being included with our room. The room was as expected clean and tidy but could do with more plugs for charging devices. The dinner we had on the first night was lovely and great value for money.

Cons:

The rooms could do with being quieter if possible could hear people leaving. Could also do with painting the ceiling where the pool table is as can see the damage from a previous leak.

Pros:

The location was good and the staff were lovely.
Coffee and tea facilities were good, it was nice to have a kettle in our room.
The pub was only across the car park which was handy.

Cons:

The rooms weren't particularly clean, my sons bed smelt of wee and had to be changed (which they kindly did quickly).

As a side note the handle for the shower for people with disabilities is located in a really awkward place so isn't helpful.

An acceptable convenient nights stay but not a place I would choose again.
Pros:

The reception in the pub was pleasant but we were glad the rain had stopped as it is a little walk to the pub to register and then back to the accomodation. The room was perfectly acceptable for one night and the breakfast was to order and offered both cooked and continental. It is located handily very near to the A1 and offered a quick getaway with many miles to go! We were not aware of traffic noise however.

Cons:

The room was rather dismal, a picture of beer barrels on the wall was the only decoration! The stairs and hallways were in need of decoration and the vending machine refused to let us have some water depsite there being a bottle on show! Fortunately Asda was still open across the road.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and included in the price of room
Room was rather on the small side but bed comfortable, Stairs wre unexpected and the fire doors difficult to open

Great little motel in great location.
Pros:

Great location! Bus into town and all the way to Edinburgh stops just outside.
Shops and food all at your doortstep.

Cons:

No elevator and we had 3 x 20 kilo bags to get up the stairs.

Grosser Parkopatz und grosses Pup. Das Essen am Abend war gut.

Cons:

Bett zu klein für zwei Personen. Inbegriffenes Frühstück sehr mager, lount sich nicht.
