Memorable and exciting. Extremely happy with everything on offer.
Pros:

The rooms were well sized. Extremely clean. The facilities excellent. Great location fo day trips in addition to being close to the airport. The staff at the restuarant/bar/cafe provided excellent service. Checking in staff super friendly and helpful.

Amazing bed.
Pros:

The bed was amazing...best hotel bed I've ever experienced. Location is very convenient. Pool was really nice and the Daily Grill served delicious food. Staff (Patrick) was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The bathroom sink had zero water pressure. It was like a trickle of water. Also the shower/tub didn't drain at all. Pretty gross to stand in your dirty water as you were showering. We only stayed for a short time since we were in transit, or else I would have switched rooms.

Henry is the best!
Pros:

Henry at the front desk made my stay at the Westin LAX even better. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, kind, and genuinely hospitable. The lobby was incredibly busy, yet he never made me feel like I was another person in line. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and treated me with the same care and attention as if I were his only guest.

Great customer service is about making people feel seen and valued, and Henry does exactly that. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude stood out, especially during such a hectic time. The Westin is fortunate to have someone like him representing the hotel. Thank you, Henry, for making a long travel day so much more pleasant

You don't have free Wifi, no free parking. The parking would cost you more than 70usd. This feels like a scam.

They bait you in and take away two most commonly known as free essentials so they can reclaim it from you with a staggering price. Be aware!

Great choice for LAX area
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night before our flight out of LAX. Super convenient because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel has a free airport shuttle that we took from the hotel to the airport. Our room was comfortable and included breakfast which had good options. Service was great, would recommend this hotel.
