The design and cleanliness of the hotel was on point.
I wish breakfast was a little bit cheaper or included with the hotel room stay.
Great experience!
Very clean
The bed was a little bit too firm
Tiny rooms. TINY. I didn’t even know a Hilton property could smell as bad as our room does upon entry. The urine smell in our bathroom is so bad…. Like someone urinated all over the floor and left and the hotel didn’t bother to clean it up. Understandably there’s only about 16 inches between the toilet and the door so it’s highly likely housekeeping couldn’t actually clean up whatever happened in the bathroom in this room before we got here…. Because there’s literally no room. The bathroom can only have 1 person at a time…. And the sink is in the bathroom. (Photos that don’t begin to do the size justice are attached). This is so complicated for families.
I’ve stayed in so many Hiltons and hyatts….. this does not meet Hilton brand standards…. It doesn’t meet doubletree standards. It’s awful.
Adding to the failure to meet Hilton brand standards, the beds are rock solid lol. Literally. Pillows are so flat they are worthless. Requested a rollaway bed when I adjusted my reservation yesterday (the desk person was very nice when I called), then got here and front desk said “sorry we don’t have those at this property.” Fine….. but a Hilton property would’ve communicated that in advance so I could manage the issue….. not trying to be difficult on this but if there aren’t any at this property at all - just communicate it in advance - you emailed me to start the online checkin process…. Normally Hilton texts prior to arrival (didn’t on this reservation) and it would’ve been alright to just tell me….. overall this just is not up to Hilton brand standards.
If it weren’t for the fact I’d already paid and it’s almost 11 pm I’d be looking for a new place to stay.
The receptionists were rude and didn’t talk about hidden fees
I love the location making it easy to access different locations whether it be a Kroger or restaurant.
The property overall was fine. I wish the rooms had their own microwave, though
staff were all great The bed and room were fine.
The location is awful unless you are there to do business in the Hi Tech development in which the hotel and 4 others and 2 banks are located. And the noise from the nearby highway is intense if you try to sit outside to read or work or eat, in order to avoid the pestiferous musak inside the hotel everywhere on the main floor. The room was fine. But that Muszak in the lobby and restrooms and bar dinning area and the multitude of huge tv screens were AWFUL.
The dinner meal I had was ok, and the breakfast was likewise just ok, nothing more. The staff were all great.....Too bad the hotel is subpar. PLease do not give my name with this review.
Everything was great- staff was exceptional!
The restaurant was a nice surprise after a long day. We got dinner and they made a great martini.
When we went up to the room it wasn’t ready. While Hilton has been upgrading their properties you can see there were some upkeep missteps/shortcuts. The bathroom was where it was most noticeable.
Not much
This hotel is a ripoff with no remorse. Stayed two nights. They put a hold on my card for $100 for deposit and $500+ for the stay. After the stay they took another $500+ and it posted the next day. I've been over a week now waiting for the first $500+ and security deposit to come off pending in my account. I contacted the Hotel and the young lady said deal with it. It's how it is. Very rude people on the phone and care less about you returning.
The taste of the breakfast was good even though the eggs in the buffet were barely warm. Coffee was good and I really liked the pastries. Service was good. We loved the location - all of the plants, trees and beautiful landscaping created such a nice outdoor space.
Room housekeeping could have been better. The cups had lipstick on them. Pump for the lotion did not work. Bed making was sloppy. Wall paper was peeling off and two of the drawers would not stay closed.
