Cons:

El restaurante (para la cena) no funciono como esperaba. Quisimos comer ahi y la comida demoro una hora, algo bastante basico. Despues hubo problemas con la cuenta. La comida fue rica pero la experiencia bastante negativa. Fue lo unico malo del alojamiento. El desayuno, por el contrario, estuvo espectacular.

Pros:

Nothing but the staff were very friendly and nice. Valet was top tier

Cons:

Too confusing to find even when using GPS. No microwave in the rooms. Iron didn’t work. Lil mildew around the tub. Sink had a slight crack in it

Stay for the location.
Pros:

It is next to an office complex and next to a highway. Not the best for food or shopping. But it was the nearest hotel to where I had to be daily

Cons:

Housekeeping staff were not on top of things. Used cups were not replenished and half used soaps were thrown out but no new soap given. Lotions and shampoo bottles were near empty

Location was good though the entrance is hidden and not well marked I did feel safe traveling alon
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Valet service was expensive as was the parking. They were prompt.

Cons:

Room service never answered the phone both days Called about 730 pm You would think for 500 dollars a night they would service the room. Maid service never showed up

I was there for Lakewood church and the hotel is ideally situated and a great place to stay and next to the church

It was ok but I expected better.
Pros:

Customer service was excellent!

Cons:

Our room carpet looked dirty, one of the table was broken. And the paying for parking was an un expected expense.

The location of the hotel was very centrally located which made it easy for us to get around.
