Pros:

Hotel não foi modernizado. Moveis e estrutura
São antigos. Isso não compromete em nada a estadia silêncio e conforto são bons.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, tem que pagar a parte 30 dólares e se quiser usar o valer mais 10. Como em Houston você não faz nada sem carro. Adicione no minimo mais 30 dólares por dia na sua diária.

Muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Amabilidad del personal. Posee área para lavado de ropa, un starbucks en el lobby, buen restaurante/bar y un área con muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Parking con costo extra, aunque el mismo es cubierto y de muy fácil acceso y uso.

Inside was nice

Cons:

1. Stated contactless but need to check in and confirm ID with front desk.
2. Parking was a maze and not included. Double charged in the garage and the room.
3. Tell everybody when and where the breakfast but never mentioned breakfast not included. Also charge extra for the tip that I wrote down.

THE BUILDING COMPARING TO MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NEW YORK HOTELS, ALSO THE ENVIRONMENT.

Decepción, antes era buena opción de hospedaje

Varias cosas:
1. La puerta del baño no abría por dentro, solo por fuera (siginifica que puedes quedarte atrapado ahí) en caso de que no vayas acompañado. 2. Tanto el teléfono del baño como el de la habitación no funcionaban.
3. No contaban con body lotion y en lugar de ellos mismos abastecer, me dejaron el envase sobre el lavamanos.
4. En su página no especifican que el parking tiene costo
5. Alfombras viejas y muy muy sucias

Pros:

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was ok, and we even received a small complimentary bottle of water in the room, although it was a double occupancy. The view was great and the location was excellent for our needs.

Cons:

I expected the hotel to be much more modern than it actually was. For example, the bathroom had a small bathtub instead of a shower cabin. I haven't seen such tubs in European hotels for a long time. I noticed that the American hotels we stayed in had an old, dated vibe, which was more or less prominent. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the fan was poor, didn't seem to work very well. Another thing I noticed is that hotels in America do not have a minibar; there is a fridge, but it's empty. At the reception, the staff wasn't very knowledgeable. They charged us a deposit of over $300, yet they couldn't even tell us if there was an ATM in the area. One of the escalators was out of order and I expected to find a luggage scale at reception, but they didn't have one. The lobby area was poorly designed and felt bare. I think the hotel industry in America should really take lessons from Europe. They have fallen behind...
