Pros:

My experience was an great stay.
Pros:

I liked that the front desk employees helped me to check in earlier than 3pm. I really appreciated the accommodation. The room had a high ceiling and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that the elevators were slow, but it wasnt a very long wait. The staff did notify customers dtaying the weekend by placing a note near the elevators. I also, couldnt contact the front desk from the phone in the room that I stayed at. A few friends would take the elevator down to speak with the front desk. It was unfortunate that the Westin hotel doesn't have complementary breakfast.
