Cons:

Wir haben angegeben, dass wir nicht als Paar reisen, und haben trotzdem nur eine gemeinsame Decke bekommen. Nach Rücksprache haben wir eine zusätzliche Stoffdecke und nicht eine normale Bettdecke bekommen. Vor Beginn wurden jede menge Fragen gestellt, obwohl die offensichtlich nicht berücksichtigt wurden.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, hervorragende Küche, sehr süße „Hotel-Hunde“….das Hotel ist absolut empfehlen

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett.
Das Essen war hervorragend! Sehr moderne und frische Küche. Die 2 “Hotel-Hunde” sind so süß.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very safe area about 40 minutes from the airport. There is a large mall with many excellent restaurants about a 5-minute UBER drive from the hotel. The wifi was good. The breakfast was very good with fruit, pastries, yogurt, omelets and eggs to order and excellent cappuccino. Service was excellent. It was our anniversary so I ordered their “Romantic Turndown Bliss” room decoration. They did an amazing job of decorating the room.

Cons:

The tv did not work. The a/c did not cool down the room. There was no phone in the room. There were no shelves or counter space in the bathroom to put items.

Excellent hôtel avec une cuisine raffinée
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et literie confortable.
Les repas sont excellents : meilleurs croissants mangés en Afrique du Sud, petit déjeuner varié et copieux !
Dîner également délicieux, faits devant vous, produits frais de qualité.
Accueil et serveurs très aimables, tout comme les 2 toutous de l'hôtel : chaleureux !
Salle de finesses neuve, 2 piscines ( eau froide, non testées en hiver)

Cons:

Stores de la chambre peu pratiques, pièce sombre.
