THE HOTEL STAFF WHO CLEANED MY ROOM STOLE MY WATCH

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I stayed in Room 114 and removed my watch before taking a shower. When I arrived home, I realized I had accidentally left it behind. I immediately contacted management, but they insisted that the watch was not found in the room.

I went directly home after checking out and was dressed in sportswear, making it highly unlikely that I was wearing a formal watch when I left. Based on these circumstances, I remain concerned about the disappearance of my watch.

Another issue was the strong curry smell in the room, which I found unpleasant. Although the staff provided an empty diffuser and a bathroom spray in an attempt to address the odor, neither was effective.

Feels like a boutique hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

Excelente escolha em Joanesburgo, mantendo o alto padrão da rede!
Pros:

Depois de uma ótima experiência no Home Suite Hotels de Cape Town, decidimos nos hospedar no Home Suite Hotels Rosebank em Joanesburgo, e a escolha não poderia ter sido melhor.

Apesar de ser uma propriedade maior que a de Cape Town, o Rosebank consegue manter uma atmosfera extremamente acolhedora. O grande destaque com certeza vai para a melhor recepção que poderíamos ter: a Maggie e a Molly, as duas cachorrinhas do hotel, que são lindas demais e alegram qualquer ambiente!

Além disso, o café da manhã e as outras opções de refeição são excelentes, os quartos são muito confortáveis e a equipe de staff é super atenciosa. Recomendamos de olhos fechados!

Excellent stay in a beautiful boutique hotel.
Pros:

Great art, big beautiful rooms, upscale toiletries. Amazing restaurant particularly for breakfast. Two lovely dogs live on the premises

Staff was so friendly. Also went out of their way to make my pet comfortable. They prepared food for me that I asked the chef to make for my husky.

Pros:

Pros:

All modern and elegant. Nice blend of boutique hotel/apt. Easy check in. Great little gym. Fantastic restaurant. Loved the pillow menu.

Cons:

Everything was great. Maybe a microwave and a bit more lighting in the living room.
