Atendimento atencioso. Funcionários bem preparados. Serviços apropriados. Variedade de comida. Diversidade de oferta. Ambiente familiar.
Muitas pessoas nas piscinas. Falta de espaços para estar em família de forma mais isolada para além do quarto.
Le côté village pour les enfants nous a permis de prendre du temps pour nous. plusieurs attractions sont à la disposition des enfants en toute autonomie
La pension complète à été très appréciée pour l autonomie laissée aux enfants
Le côté un peu chauvin Français est que malgré une très grande variété de produits et multiple restaurant, les plats cuisinés sont fades et sans saveurs.
Peut être revoir les cuisiniers car les produits sont là et en quantité...
Les compositions de salades ont permis de faire l equilibre
O espaço é simpatico,com bastante arvoredo. Colaboradores simpaticos,no entanto,a esmagora maioria nao falava Portugues. Comida normal.
Da confusão. Confusão na zona das piscinas,onde não existia vigilância, nem nadador salvador, e que a maior parte do tempo,parecia uma selva,tanto de pessoas, como de boias e bolas. Para se conseguir uma sombra, só mesmo por milagre. Tudo ocupado,mas por toalhas. O que mais impressionou, foi a quantidade de baratas, junto às entradas dos quartos e caixotes do lixo. No buffet esteve sempre muito calor, e era muito pouco organizado Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar.
Location nice, easy transportation to the beach.
Food was horrible. Being a vegetarian didn’t not get many options. I had done many all inclusive holidays but this one is right below in my lists. Be it a lunch or dinner not many options served. Wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Go for half board. Plenty of restaurants outside and better food quality.
Even cleaning service wasn’t upto the mark. Everytime we have to call the receptionist and ask for towels or clean the room.

La cómida pesima en el buffet . El precio disparado 3600€ 4 días 3 personas 900€ el día .

L’emplacement près de la plage, les installations variées surtout pour les enfants.
Les piscines familiales étaient bondées et sans aucune règles si bien que les enfants sautaient dans tous les sens et jouaient au ballon. Même dans le bassin pour bébés. Ce n’était pas agréable de se baigner. L’eau et le fond étaient sales en fin de journée surtout. Et la belle piscine que l’on voit sur les photos n’est accessible qu’aux adultes.
Au buffet le ressenti était d’être dans une usine. Par ailleurs, odeurs d’égouts fréquentes dans la chambre. Ce n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles.
Pequeno almoço com produtos de muito boa qualidade e com uma variedade assinalável. O facto de ter vários restaurantes disponíveis acaba por dar várias boas opções para o jantar. O serviço contínuo de comida através do local de barbecue acaba por ser muito conveniente para quem não se quer deslocar ao restaurante para o almoço.
Os hóspedes reservam a maioria das cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina desde muito cedo. Esses elementos estão depois durante horas sem qualquer utilização.
I liked the restaurants, food, service
There were ants in our bathroom.
Despite requesting it be resolved there was no response.
I’d written to the hotel in advance asking for an early check in, upgraded our room in the hope of acquiring same and indicating further payment for same for my elderly mother. This did not happen, in fact we waited beyond the advertised time for room availability
I asked for a room close to amenities, again for same reason. We were allocated the room the furtherest away.

Achei que tinha um numero excessivo de clientes, para as infraestruturas disponiveis.
Limpeza nas piscinas e zonas envolventes.
The pools and daily activities were great.
The gym is way too small for an hotel that size, and it has been like that for years. No improvement or upgrade. There were often 5+ people coming at the same time and they couldn't use the space. Many had to turn back and leave. The only weights they have are too light.
The food lacked diversity and some quality as well. The buffet is convenient, and certainly one reason why people chose all-inclusive hotel, but the quality of it is below a 5-star hotel.
The parking situation is also strange an inconvenient.
Staff were fantastic.
