Pros:

Alimentação excelente. A melhorar apenas a sobremesa.
Há uma piscina, espaçosa e sossegada, apenas para adultos.
Funcionários atenciosos.
Acesso à praia.

Cons:

O horário de bares termina às 23:00 h e depois deste horário não há nenhum espaço de entretenimento ou música para prolongar o serão.
O pequeno almoço e o jantar funcionam por turnos pouco funcionais e, apesar de terem sido flexíveis conosco, é um ponto que devem rever.
A limpeza é impecável mas devia haver mais organização. Numa semana tivemos limpeza do quarto de manhã apenas um dia! Nos restantes dias foi sempre após almoço o que não permitia descansar nas horas de mais calor. Podiam ter um esquema alternando os horários de modo a não prejudicar sempre os mesmos hóspedes.

Spoko hotel. Szczegolnie polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi
Pros:

Piekne baseny,bardzo czysto,brak tloku.Jedzenie smaczne i roznorodne. Super kladka nad jezdnia gdzie mozna swobodnie przejsc na plaze ok 10 minut spacerkiem.

Cons:

Mieliśmy mozliwosc pojsc do restauracji na kolacje.Starter i deser w formie buffetu a danie glowne z all carta - niestety zimne. Brak regularnych atrakcji jesli chodzi o areobik w wodzie itp.

Focus for families with children 4-12.
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. Pool area very nice and food was very good.

Cons:

I found it so strange that they only have one bar open at night. It’s in a big gazebo and it’s where all the children’s entertainment is. It means you can’t go to any other bar and just sit and talk in peace. You have to go and get your drink from there and take it to your room or friend a chair somewhere in the hotel grounds.

Pros:

La ubicacion y el precio .Pero me esperaba más de las características del cuarto.

El cuarto
El baño no está bien iluminado.Al igual que los baños exteriores que carecían de luz.
La cama del niño no era nada cómoda y la cama de matrimonio debería ser una cama,no dos individuales .
El armario carecía de puertas,otro detalle que me ha sorprendido en un cinco estrellas.

O melhor resort all inclusive do Algarve.
Pros:

Limpeza da habitação, sempre impecável ao pormenor. A massagem relaxante no Spa foi das melhores que já fiz. Muito entretenimento para os miúdos (e graúdos). Grab and Go com muitas opções saudáveis (frutas frescas, saladas). Adoramos a proposta de ir de comboio para a praia! E gostaria ainda de destacar o excelente atendimento da Ana Reis, do restaurante principal. Atenciosa, muito simpática e solicita!

Cons:

O “turismo das toalhas”, em que as pessoas colocam suas toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras e somem por horas.
Resultado: cadeiras vazias com toalhas e hóspedes com crianças a ter de sentar no relvado por não ter cadeiras disponíveis. Um absurdo.

Piscinas maravilhosas, espaço kids muito bom. Gentis com as crianças.

Cons:

Crianças não podem ir na piscina aquecida, e em dias não tão quentes, seria uma ótima opção.
E não é informado no ato da reserva ou nas infos do hotel, que estadias de menos de 3 dias, não podem usufruir de todos os restaurantes.
