Ótimo kids club, quartos espaçosos, boa qualidade alimentos.
O quarto não permitia total blackout entrando muita luz logo cedo.
Limitação de reservas nos restaurantes consoante a duração da estadia.
Eten was wel gevarieerd. Werd ook vers bereid. Lekker fruit bij het ontbijt. Minigolf was leuk. Alleen wel flink in de zon.
De gordijnen in de kamer waren waardeloos. Het werd zo licht in de kamer dat je erg vroeg wakker werd. Ook de afvoer in de badkamer liep niet door waardoor het water niet wegliep en er water overstroomde. We hebben dit 2 keer doorgegeven en na de tweede keer kregen we een andere kamer. Dat was fijn. Daar was het probleem van de goot opgelost maar de gordijnen waren nog steeds waardeloos. Gelukkig kwam de zon de andere kant op dus iets minder last ervan. Je had 2 shifts bij het ontbijt en diner. Dus dan moest je op tijd zijn.

We also asked for late check out and were told no - but everyday our room wasn’t sorted till later afternoon and one day they left us with one towel even though we had hung all towels up 🤷🏻♀️

Falta de segurança. Foram-nos furtados uns óculos de sol e uma t-shirt e não houve preocupação nenhuma da parte do hotel, mesmo tendo-lhes sido reportado.
Further out from the airport around 45-50 mins taxi journey, trust me it’s worth the journey!
The atmosphere of the hotel is incredible, rooms were very modern. I’d say that they have a bit of an ant problem in the rooms on the lower floors, however, if you inform the staff when you arrive they will sort out the issue for you!
Definitely worth the money you spend as the food choices are great not just at the buffet restaurant but in the other restaurants too! I’d recommend booking the restaurants when you arrive however bear in mind you can only book 2 days in advance!
I never used the kids club so can’t really comment on that even though I travelled with a 3 year old but they had 5 different pools and only one of them were adult only! My 3 year old absolutely enjoyed himself and will be booking my next family holiday at this hotel in 2027! Staff were just amazing!
Cleanliness was great at the hotel.
Noise level depending on where you stay can vary. My room was close to the kids playground where they played football however, once doors are shut you can barely hear anything.
The best thing too is there’s a bridge which takes you directly to the beach approximately 15 mins walk probably just under and there’s a little shuttle train which takes you to the beach and back!
Honestly if you’re considering Portugal and want to escape the super touristy Albufeira you Should consider this hotel. Even if you do half board there are fantastic restaurants nearby too!
Excellent attention to see from all the staff especially Abdallah and Samar in Shore! bar. True professionals in their craft, we were very well looked after. Highly recommended
