Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with excellent transport links that made getting around London really easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and it set us up perfectly for busy days exploring the city. We travelled as a family and felt very well looked after.

A special shout-out to Francesca, who was so lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her kindness and friendly attitude really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off. Yes, parts of the hotel are a little dated, but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the location. If you're looking for a clean, friendly hotel in a great area rather than expecting a luxury five-star experience, this is a fantastic choice.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our London trip so memorable!

Os funcionários são excelentes, simpáticos, mas o hotel precisa de uma repaginada, uma reforma.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, bairro excelente, perto de restaurantes gostosos, museus, parques. Os metrôs mais perto ficam há mais ou menos 15/20 minutos à pé.

Cons:

O hotel está muito envelhecido, precisa de muitos reparos, móveis dos quartos muito antigos, camas não muito confortáveis, carpetes e cortinhas escuras e a iluminação não muito boa. A limpeza, por ser carpete, também fica prejudicada.

Pros:

The location was the best thing about the hotel

Cons:

Having to navigate too many stairs.
Using the back elevator was disgusting, there was trash at the elevator room and I didn’t feel secure.
Had issues with the shower and toilet.
Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

Good quality accomodation close to all amenities
Pros:

Location was ideal for my birthday celebration Sam on reception was very helpful and professional to deal with.

Cons:

Vending machine was difficult to operate when needing water prior to retiring bar closed too early 12:00 midnight.

Amazing stay, lovely staff, will definitely come back
Pros:

the staff was amazing! the room was a bit outdated however it did not bother us as you will be welcomed with lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing as well ..They provide lots of towel and gave free water drinks.I asked for additional pillow as I suffer for bad back and they were very kind to provide us.

Cons:

room is quite out dated, decors, and bath tub has stains of rust but we are not fuzzy so its ok.

It was a brilliant stay! And we felt looked after. Thanks.
Pros:

It was a really lovely stay. Special thanks for the staff who work in the returns and the lovely Chef. We had an event and ordered a meal for 3pm. This was not a normal time for them, but there had been a misunderstanding during the booking.

While it meant he had to cater for us specially, he did not mind. The food tasted so amazing! The staff at the bar were also lovely. Thanks a lot.
