Da un Hilton 4 stelle mi aspetto molto di più
Pros:

Letti comodi, stanza ampia, posizione comoda nonostante sia lontano dal centro. Metro a 2 passi e autobus che ferma sotto l'hotel.

Cons:

Arredamento vecchio, moquette consumata e sporca, aria condizionata rumorosa. All'arrivo ci siamo accorti che la stanza era organizzata per 3 persone e non per 4. Abbiamo chiesto cuscini e asciugamenti per 4, ma ci sono stati forniti solo il secondo giorno.

Pros:

It was a room good enough for 3 since we had our son travelling with us which was good. It was clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Location is an issue since the connectivity of underground is a bit away from the hotel although the bus connectivity is good. They were not happy to refill water in the room everyday. We were a family of 3 and paid a lot for this room and everyday even after regular request they would leave only 1 can.

The biggest issue of this hotel is the "tray charges". Everytime you order something they charge 6 quid as a tray charge!!!!

Great staff and location but over priced for what you get.
Pros:

Excellent staff, but the room we were in was far too warm even with the air conditioning on. The room, despite upgrade, was very pretty basic, with the shower and bath facilities being very basic.

Good location and excellent staff.

I like this hotel it suited my trip to queens and ascot but it is expensive compared to other cities
Pros:

Staff are great in this hotel from the front desk to cleaning of the room to the restaurant..it’s well run and top management keeping an eye on everything with younger staff

Cons:

When you eat breakfast sometimes the staff think you are finished.maybe ask the guests to leave back the occupied card to the desk or turn it over would help nuts that’s a minor issue otherwise staff in restaurant are excellent

There was no stay, had we been allowed to check-in it would have been more comfortable than the car!
Pros:

I'd love to tell you about our room but we were not permitted to check-in!! We had booked the room as we were hosting an event nearby. Once we had cleared up and arrived at the hotel it was after midnight and the night manager was very unhelpful and just said we were not able to check-in. We ended up spending the night in the car.
