perfect location for West London and Kensington areas
Check-in was speedy and simple. Staff friendly and happy
Corridors and rooms were a little tired.
I like that the hotel was spacious and clean.
Some of the furniture was rather worn and old. There were no bedside plugs and bathroom fixtures and fittings were broken such as the handle on the bath which was difficult for me as I have a disability.
Air con was not very effective.

The hotels location was perfect for us, outside of the city centre but easily commutable. The area was clean safe and perfect for families. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and all yummy! Every single member of staff that we came across was fabulous nothing was too much, they were friendly welcoming and made a real effort to enhance our experience, thank you all so much.
The air conditioning wasn’t very effective although we were grateful for any cold air we could get.
Closeness to Kensington Olympia; convenience of having restaurant on site; comfortable bed; effective air conditioning throughout (stayed in a heatwave); efficient staff managing the (apparently unexpected) large amount of guests arriving for breakfast
Breakfast, which was overcooked and cold, especially as staff had to move some guests to the bar after serving themselves due to their apparent surprise at the numbers of people expecting breakfast; lack of signage to guest bedrooms, almost impossible to find my room.
