Great breakfast and dinner

Cons:

Unfortunately arrived at 3pm and room was not ready. Staff at reception was quite abrupt. This was resolved by giving us another room. Rooms are slightly dates and bed squeaks. Bathroom was nice, food was great!

Perfect location for Olympia
Pros:

Great location for us, rooms were ok somewhat dated, breakfast at 7am was overcooked.

Staff were wonderful, lovely food in the bar in the evening

Cons:

We didnt know there was a private event during our stay and that we couldnt use the bar.

Very smelly corridors!
The bed is as the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. The doors were so old that the splinter injured me!

Staff were great, but hotel is showing its age and could do with a refresh

The properties rundown and not really what you would expect from a Hilton

Cons:

There are no power point or USB power point by the beds, the shower hose had a big hole in it and water exploded all over the bathroom. Although this was repaired quickly by maintenance. The water pressure in the sink was so high it knocked a glass out of my hand.

Good if you’re going to be out of the house most of the day
Pros:

Location is great, the front desk team were incredibly accomodating

Cons:

Very difficult to get suitcases up and around as there are so many corridors with stairs throughout the hotel.
We also didn’t have any body wash and upon requesting more they said they would top it up and didn’t.
The shower was a bit of a nightmare the room itself lacked warmth

Nice enough hotel, not the best sleep
Pros:

Lovely staff, neat and clean room

Cons:

The windows sadly don’t stop any street noise so if you have a room that faces the street, you’ll hear every siren and loud car. The blinds also don’t keep out the light so the room doesn’t get totally dark
