Fantastic hotel! Staff are amazing and location is great!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly throughout the whole stay.

The reception staff were great, the bar and breakfast staff were so lovely and made a fuss of my 6 year old daughter. It was her first stay in London and she was comfortable to speak to them all and made her feel important.

Nothing was too much. We will be staying here again on our next London trip.

Pros:

Utrolig bra service , koselig ansatte som gjør alt for gjestene sine. All offentlig transport ligger rundt hotellet.
Etter to netter ble vi vant te ambulanse sirenene . Vi kommer absolutt tilbake

Overall was comfortable stay, room was good, breakfast was great. They refilled water every day, provided clean towels.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, great choice and quality. Reception provided detox water which was also good.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from the downtown, but overall was good. Room was big enough. Didn’t have amenities in the room.

Pros:

Good location, short cab from central lines if missing the last tubes of the night

Cons:

Room was a bit meh, nothing fancy and clean enough - was good for one night/short stays but I wouldn’t want to be staying in that room for a week

Pros:

Great location, close to station and in a nice area. It was really clean, staff were lovely and really helpful.

Cons:

Ordered pizza after getting back from a gig and they didn’t have many topping so instead of 4 options there was only two (they also ruined my 1st choice which is why the options were very limited following this).

It sufficed because we went to a concert but we couldn’t shower before had to had to get in the bath which wasn’t helpfu

Entrance was lovely, staff were difficult to understand. Room seemed outdated

Cons:

Shower didn’t work. Room very outdated and lights were very dim in the room. No main light it’s self just lamps.
