Não gostei que o atendente da recepção quis nos obrigar a pegar taxi para o aeroporto com um taxista que ficava na recepção. O taxista foi invasivo, mas eu sou brasileira e não é qualquer um que me assusta e já dei um chega pra lá rs

Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room , i think that it was smoke .
The mattress on the beds were ancient , springs all out sync , very noisy .
I always get put on the 8th floor , means it takes ages to get a lift and it stops at every floor because when I stay at this hotel only two lifts seem to be in service

Excellent hotel with a high standard in quality
Pros:

I have stayed here before and it was the same great experience I had this time. I managed to check in a bit before which was fantastic too and beds are some of the most comfortable I have experienced. One of the waiters were so friendly towards my children and it was exactly like he was when we were there last. Like the location too. Staff at front desk were so friendly as well. Will definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside was that someone at the gym had a movie on extremely loud, but that’s nothing towards the hotel in itself, it was just disturbing to work out in the noise.

Pros:

Dog friendly and lovely helpful staff. Big TV in the room.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Lots of dust on scurting, top of TV, headboard. Months worth of dust. Fundermentals need to be checked on house keeping.
