Cons:

I'm really disappointed with the terrible customer service. Every service in the hotel comes with extra charges. The rooms aren't nice and there isn't even a bottle of water.

Mostly good
Pros:

Mostly good. Nice room, good bed, decent location, good staff.
Mini fridge was freezing the water bottles, they brought up a dial and adjusted it. Then it froze everything solid. Bartenders were hit or miss, they forgot people. Food was hit or miss. In room phone did not work. Not their fault, but due to unusual weather circumstances ACs didn't work good. They charged room rates, parking, and expenses everyday. After 4 days the repetitive charges locked my card. Then when they reran the card it was $9 more than the original charge (denied fee?)
Hot tub was bad, signage said 3 1/2' (40") it was barely 31 inches deep. Jets were week, if you leaned back the jet "pressure" stopped.

Pros:

The CON-ference Hotel
Pros:

The pros:

- The room itself is decent. It contains a comfortable bed, a nice couch and a balcony. The bathroom is acceptable. It contains a small fridge, a large tv, and for a short stay would be deemed acceptable. It also has air-conditioning. Wifi etc basically all the standards.
- The staff are nice, the cleaning is done regularly in the rooms by the staff.
- The amenities are decent. The gym is somewhat adequate, will suit any average person well. The pool and hot tub are good as well, just get a bit packed with people.

This is where it ends.

Cons:

The cons: (please get ready)

- To start, the location of the hotel itself is absolutely horrible. On both sides of the hotel are impoverished buildings which contain a lot of drug addicts/homeless. I have no issues with them, but several times they confronted my girlfriend, and one of them even almost vomited on her. They are regularly drugged out, or appear violent, in their drug highs. This is ALL along the sidewalk of the hotel itself. You cannot walk to the Arby's or 7eleven or even across the other side of the highway which contains plenty of fast foods or other shopping places without encountering these individuals. Safety remains only within the complex of this hotel. Once outside the bounds, it can become scary.
- The photos not only on the website but also here I genuinely think are AI or fake. They have not been updated or are not true in the slightest. The rooms are accurate, anything to do with the view outside of the balcony etc that I was shown, is fake.
- The Skyhawk bar and lounge, is overpriced an unbelievable amount. I also saw a literal mouse running around to which I alerted the staff.
- The apparent coffee house serving "Starbucks" is fake. They do not serve Starbucks. Again, they need to update their page as that's a complete lie, and even the ladies in the coffee shop said they don't serve Starbucks.
- The room's air conditioner barely works, the tv is programmed to have the least options possible. You can watch TV, Netflix or YouTube. That's it. You can't cast to the tv, you have 0 other options outside of that. You cannot even change basic TV settings so enjoy a FULL brightness TV that absolutely lights up the room.
- There is one overhead light for the main room right at the entrance. Within the room, it's just lamps. I don't get this at all.
- The fridge barely makes anything cold.
- The cleaning ladies who clean the rooms, don't actually thoroughly clean.
