Muy correcta
Pros:

Tranquilo, cómodo acceso habitaciones, Recepción todo el personal muy amable y atento. Cierta incomodidad para acceder al pàrquing. Servicio de Restaurante muy atento.

Cons:

Que en el desayuno un zumo de naranja natural sea extra. Me parece bien que se cobre però lo que entra como zumo de naranja es otra cosa.

Improvisada y satisfactoria
Pros:

Elegimos este hotel por falta de opciones, puesto que nos cancelaron nuestro apartamento reservado en el último momento y ya estando en Florencia. Realmente el hotel es impecable y el trato de los trabajadores muy amable. Fue una alternativa imprevista pero muy satisfactoria.

Cons:

La ubicación está en el límite de lo que delimita el centro de la ciudad. Para llegar a la parte más céntrica y emblemática hay que caminar como unos 20 minutos.

Not great value for money especially since we were very unlucky with the noises outside of our room

Staff were kind and efficient at check in

Cons:

The room had a connecting room located just in front of the elevator. When the guests arrived home staying in the adjacent room I first thought they were entering our room, the noise was as if they were right next to us. They decided to stay up chatting until 03:30, loudly. The first guest who used the elevator at 06:00 am hung around waiting for it just outside of our door so again we were woken up. We slept around 3 hours because of the extremely poor sound insulation of the hotel. There were also some hairs in the bed and bathroom.
