Hotel empfehlenswert, Parkplatzsituation schlecht!

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Besonders die Rezeptionistin am Samstag möchten wir hervorheben. Wir benötigten kurzfristig einen Termin in der H24-Tierklinik, und sie war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, organisierte alles sofort und kündigte uns dort an. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank!

Abgesehen von der Parkplatzsituation hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider war die Parkplatzsituation während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schwierig. Wegen Bauarbeiten standen nur vier Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Nachdem wir unser Auto bereits einmal auf dem Hotelparkplatz abgestellt hatten, wurde uns am Samstag mitgeteilt, dass unser Fahrzeug dafür zu groß sei. Gleichzeitig war das Parken vor dem Hotel aufgrund der Straßenreinigung nicht erlaubt. Wir mussten unser Auto schließlich weiter entfernt in einer Gegend abstellen, die auf uns keinen besonders sicheren Eindruck machte.

La posizione molto comoda vicino all'Ippodromo delle cascine di Firenze,
La fermata dalla tramvia proprio di fronte,
La pulizia della stanza,
I letti grandi e molto comodi,
L'aria condizionata
La colazione veramente ottima, con molta varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati e attenta a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti,
Il fatto di poter lasciare i bagagli post checkout senza dover pagare una tassa aggiuntiva

Cons:

Il bagno non finestrato e con la ventola di aspirazione quasi inesistente,
La confusione del personale nel dover effettuare le procedure di check-in e checkout,
La TV in camera, incastrata all'interno di un armadio, molto scomoda se si decide di guardarla dal letto.

前台工作人员很好，连同房间也很好很大，停车安全专人看管，早餐丰富好吃，服务小哥很帅。酒店背后就是超市，很方便。 T2 去参观景点很方便，很好。

Pros:

La struttura ha il parcheggio gratuito (secondo disponibilità). La zona non deve essere sicurissima da quello che ci hanno detto ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Nessuna zona ZTL. Per noi la posizione era fondamentale per raggiungere la Visarno Area, per raggiungere il centro città servono 20 min di tram che è comunque un'opzione comoda in quanto la fermata è esattamente di fronte all'hotel. Camera molto bella, dimensioni adeguate, ottima pulizia e colazione molto buona (tranne il cappuccino)

Cons:

Migliorerei il check in, un po' confusionario e il personale non è adeguato ad una struttura di questo tipo. Fanno percepire i disaccordi interni, soprattutto le ragazze della colazione
