Colazione varia e abbondante, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera in generale era molto accogliente e con letti molto comodi.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Camera grande con tutto il necessario per un 4 stelle. Fermata tram sotto l’hotel e in 10/15 minuti si arriva a Santa M. Novella. Personale ottimo.
