Pros:

A melhor localização, sem dúvida! Literalmente ao lado da estação central, perto de restaurantes e acessivel aos principais pontos de interesse! Café excelente, farto! Todos os funcionários muitissimo educados e solícitos.

Pros:

Great location wise easy to get to and easy to commute out of for day trips. Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Abit confusing about what was on offer. Had selection of nuts, crisp on the side but no price for them to be purchased: Water had with compliments on but when rung down to reception they said they didn’t offer free water. They did bring us some up to the room but we didn’t want to drink the one that was left in the room just incase unexpected charges at checkout

Pros:

Alles. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Am Rande der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr modern. Das Frühstück war das Beste in unserer gesamten Reise.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Great location, fantastic and attentive staff and really good amenities.

Cons:

Unfortunately my first room was not fully cleaned however as soon as I flagged this to the staff I was immediately moved and provided with continued excellent service

立地は良いが、4つ星にしてはサービスの質にムラがあって少し残念だった
Pros:

ボローニャ中央駅目の前の立地。美味しい朝食。初日、空港からのチェックイン時間が遅くなり、バーのイタリア人女性スタッフがラストオーダー時間を過ぎていたにも関わらずパスタの注文を受け付けて日本語で対応してくださったこと。
朝食ビュッフェは5日間全く同じ内容だったので変わり映えしなかったが、ある程度の種類が用意されており、美味しくいただいた。

Cons:

2日目に無料の750mlの水2本が用意されておらず、フロントに言いに行ったら、部屋に届けると言われたのに30分待っても来ず、再度フロントまでもらいに行った。
3日目にエスプレッソマシンの横にあった500mlのペットボトルの水に無料の札が掛かっていたが、最初の2日は使えなかった。エスプレッソの替えカートリッジがあったり無かったりハウスキーパーに手紙でリクエストをしないときちんとおいてもらえない日があった。
大人3名での宿泊だったが、バスローブは1人分だけで、5泊ずっと交換なしだった。

Classic hotel, perfect stay with kids
Pros:

Classic, wonderful hotel. The family room is spacious and comfortably fit a family of four. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom clean and very large. Staff is helpful and breakfast has everything you would want. Perfect stay.
