Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Hôtel bien situé, 15 min en tramway pour aller dans le centre. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il manque juste une prise supplémentaire près du lit.

Cons:

Bin über lange Zeit Stammgast gewesen und immer unglaublich gerne ins Hotel Spahr gekommen. Meine Bewertungen auch immer dementsprechend hoch.
Konnte dann eines Tages plötzlich nicht mehr buchen, weil ich angeblich nicht bezahlt habe. Ich erfuhr über die Hotline , dass ich vom Hotel gesperrt wurde und nicht mehr „erwünscht“ sei. Ohne Begründung. Man vermutete einen Systemfehler.

Ich bin dann extra im Hotel vorbei gefahren, um das persönlich zu klären. Dort sagte man mir, ich hätte 2 Mal nicht bezahlt Ich bin
Aus allen Wolken gefallen!

Dass die Preise bei booking aber andere waren als man mir dann hinterher berechnen wollte - ist mir mehr als ein Mal passier! Und genau darum ging es dann auch

Es war so, dass ich ein DZ zur Einzelnutzung gebucht hatte und am nächsten Tag das gleiche zur Doppelnutzung. Es war beide Male der selbe Preis. Wirklich kein Unterschied. Dann änderte sich meine Planung, und ich brauchte das DZ schon am ersten Tag zu zweit. Habe im Hotel angerufen, das kommuniziert, weil dann ja 2 P zum Frühstücken kommen, dann vor Ort auch nochmal geklärt. Selbstverständlich das Frühstück extra berechnet- so wars vereinbart. Und beim Checkout sollte ich 115,- Euro mehr bezahlen! Für ein extra Frühstück?! Wie geht denn sowas!

Das habe ich natürlich beanstandet und musste das dann auch beide Male nicht bezahlen. Ich fand das im Grunde genommen richtig.

Aber dafür bekam ich nun Hausverbot!

Ich bin so enttäuscht. Und finde das von Seiten des Hotelmanagements anstandslos. So geht man doch nicht mit den Gästen um.

The hotel was in a good location
The staff were very friendly especially the breakfast staff and a good variety of breakfast also .

Cons:

No air conditioning in our room but a fan was supplied and a mini fridge would have been good.

Très bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

Personnel très serviable. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais bien pour un court séjour vu les prix des hôtels. Grande salle de bain. Arrêt de tramway juste en face. Garage et places de parking à l'hotel.
Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. On entend la circulation mais c'est normal on est en pleine ville.
