L’hôtel était parfait à tous points de vue.

La chambre était très confortable, propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, très complet, varié et de qualité.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome, avec de nombreux sites accessibles facilement à pied ou en transports. Malgré sa situation centrale, l’hôtel reste très agréable et calme.

Le personnel a été professionnel, accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une très bonne expérience, nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Very Nice Hotel. Comfortable and in a Great Location.
Pros:

The room was small but it was all we needed with a King Bed as requested. The hotel is very close to Rome Termini and also close to Colloseum and other sites. We did go to Trevi and Pantheon from here and it was reasonably close as well. Lots of restaurants all around this Hotel. Overall a great experience.

Cons:

It was exactly as expected. If I had to say one thing, it was pressure by staff to purchase breakfast at Hotel. I wanted to experience all the small restaurants for our meals and glad we did.

Pros:

Hotel frequentato sia da turisti che da una clientela business. Io ci vado per lavoro, e trovo veramente molto comodo il grande piano di lavoro di cui sono dotate le stanze. Ti straordinariamente comodi e ottima insonorizzazione.

A lovely stay in a great location

Cons:

We received an SMS shortly before staying, stating that a discretionary % tip would be applied to our bill on check-out.

On check-in we advised the staff member we did not wish to pay the tip. (We didn't believe a tip was justified when all we did was stay in a room for 1 night without using any other services or facilities. We had paid enough for the room).

At check-out we confirmed that the expected room price and city tax were to be charged to our card, plus another tax, which we did not query because 'another tax' is quite common in our travel experiences. Turns out it was the tip we had mentioned. So it appeared it wasn't discretionary. They charged it without discussing it and called it a tax.

To the hotels credit we contacted them after departure and they refunded the 'tip' immediately, appologising beautifully for the inconvenience etc. All credit to the member involved.

So our feedback is that discretionary tipping should not be 'taken' without confirming with the customer at check out and called a tax. The responsibility was on us to say we didn't wish to pay it rather than them asking if we wished to pay it.

Em geral bem porem oncafevda manha é um ponto fraco.

localizaçao ótima, quarto confortavel, atendimento geral e limpeza bons

Cons:

café da manha fraco: costumo ficar neste hotel com certa frequência e notei que o café decaiu muito - pouca variedade de frutas, pães, queijos (na Itália - imagine! não tinha muçarela de búfala!). Além disso, notei que a reposição dos alimentos estava bem ruim, tínhamos que ficar solicitando o tempo todo.
