It was a wonderful experience, neat, comfortable and close to restaurants, with helpful staff.
Pros:

The location. It is close to the train station and there are many restaurants around to choose from

Cons:

There was no pressing iron for clothes. But I guess that’s the hotel’s policy.

I didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included in our booking and no one asked us about it on check in. The following morning my husband went down for breakfast and was made to feel like a criminal upon entering the restaurant. He ended up paying 25 euro per person (2 adults & 2 children) for a breakfast which was very poor. Coffee was terrible. When I checked on booking.com the cost should have been 20 euro per person to book at the hotel and when I asked a gentleman at reception when checking out about this, he said it was dearer as it was booked the morning it was needed. Very poor service. Had we known the quality of breakfast we would have gone to a nearby restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel before and didn’t have any issues but definitely after this stay we won’t be back.

Overall, this hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Rome!
Pros:

The front desk staff were amazing, so helpful with everything including requesting taxis, questions about restaurants, locations for meeting tour operators, etc. The housekeeping staff were also terrific, our room was meticulously cleaned every day. The AC in our two rooms worked beautifully which was crucial for us.

Cons:

The hotel lobby furniture is a bit dated, making the hotel seem less luxurious than it actually is. Breakfast was not included in our package and was priced too high on the days we could have taken advantage of this convenience; the breakfast should be discounted for hotel guests. Although we enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel, we felt we paid a high price (perhaps in part, due to it being July in Rome)
