Grand Viking Hotel

Ordinary, pretty cheap quality but probably satisfying its price

I stayed at the hotel for two days, about a month before arrival I contacted the hotel management to inform them that the date of the stay coincided with my 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted a simple celebration to make my beloved wife happy. Upon arrival I was surprised by the generosity beyond my imagination, as Mr. Ali upgraded the room I booked to a luxury suite and gave my wife and me two free high-speed internet packages. Upon entering the suite I was surprised by the beautiful decoration of flowers and balloons. Then he sent the room a wonderful basket of chocolates and luxurious sweets. This celebration exceeded all my dreams. Many thanks to Mr. Ali and the hotel management. On Tuesday, during the show, he made a cake and presented it with fireworks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As for the hotel, I can say that it is the best choice for those who want a quiet and happy vacation in Kemer. The rooms are elegant, modernly furnished and excellently maintained. The rooms are spacious, tidy and very clean, and the view is wonderful, whether overlooking the swimming pool or the mountain. The food is excellent, very varied and delicious, all the dishes are fresh and prepared with great care and expertise. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, lunch starts from 12:30 until 2 pm, and dinner is from 7 to 9 pm. The dishes change every day but with the same quality and cleanliness. Drinks are available all day, hot or cold. The swimming pool is beautiful, very clean and tidy. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna for free. The hotel has a beautiful and wonderful beach. There is a car that transports from the hotel to the beach and back throughout the day, starting from 10 am until 6 pm, with great regularity. This hotel, in all honesty, deserves appreciation. It is generous for the money. All the staff are dedicated to their work. I hope to come back again next year and I will take my sons to enjoy staying in this wonderful hotel. Thank you very much grand viking hotel for a mazing stay

Married couple with teenage son from UK. We're currently staying here. We've had a great experience. It's a lovely chilled out hotel. If you want a hectic holiday, then this probably isn't for you. The hotel is spotless, staff are constantly cleaning. Our room is small but fine for what we want. Room has been cleaned every day. Pool area is really nice and the bar serves nice drinks. Food has been fine, limited choice, but we've all always found something to eat. The staff have all been fantastic, really helpful and friendly. If you want a relaxing, chilled out experience, then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Öne swiming pool kindless eating. Beach iş not al inclusive

I stayed in Grand Viking in Kemer in May 2025 with my family. What a wonderful place!! The location is beautiful, the hotel itself is very clean and very cute, all the staff are so nice, friendly, helpful, and very patient (with my crazy family lol); there is a very comfortable hotel shuttle to take you to the beach and to the town center, and it only takes a couple of minutes - it’s great for those who don’t like walking or can’t walk a lot. Their beach is just fabulous! The food is delicious, and the desserts are plentiful and absolutely fantastic, they are just out of this world - the patisserie chef is really a miracle worker! We all truly loved this hotel and are planning our next trip there. :) Thank you, guys!

We stayed at Grand Viking in May 2025. It truly became our home. ❤️ I traveled to almost 50 countries and stayed in all kinds of resorts, but this hotel is special. It’s home. Everything was perfect: the sweetest people who made our stay so comfortable, the amazing beach with gorgeous views, the exemplary cleanliness, the beautiful grounds, the top-notch entertainment, the wonderful food, and above all, THE DESSERTS!! I never saw so many different desserts at a resort, and every time there were new ones, and they all were the best I had ever had in my life… Kudos to the Chef!! We will be back for more:) Thank you, Grand Viking, from all our hearts! ❤️

Excellent experience

Gr Solaris in Cancun has truly become our favorite getaway. The staff are extraordinary, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is perfect. The food is of the highest quality, with every meal being delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully maintained facilities to the seamless service, creates an exceptional experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a luxurious vacation. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

Belle piscine chauffée, bon petit-déjeuner, emplacement correct et grande chambre, ce qui est désolant c’est qu’il faut payer pour avoir du wifi dans la chambre et par appareil , pas d’animation pour un tout inclus

We had a brilliant time here, food was pretty good, there's a lady who makes crepes all day long next to the pool and they were unreal, drinks are rubbish if I'm honest, just vodka and beer, Hassan looked after us the whole week, he's an absolute credit to the hotel, thankyou for such a great week

This hotel was extremely run down, particularly the bathroom. When we requested to upgrade our rooms, the manager said it would be an extra £500-600. He literally scammed us every time, even when we asked him for recommendations to visit places in Antalya, he almost doubled the prices of everything. Also, no wifi in the bedrooms! Only in the dining and lobby of the hotel, extremely inconvenient, unless you don’t mind paying €3 a day for wifi …
The only good thing about the hotel was the waiters, who were extremely lovely and kind boys.
Keep an eye out for Taxi’s scamming you, as the two centre is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive, which isn’t bad, but they charge you would recommend 150lr… so we walked half the time. The hotel offered a shuttle but he was never there on time and often left earlier than the time he was suppose to, so often we were waiting for him but he never turned up.

Stayed first week of July 2024, weather was great, possibly too hot at times. However the Hotel is disappointing. I have been to Turkey many times , always all inclusive and this I am afraid to say is our worst stay by far.
Good points. We had a top floor room with centre view over the pool, the room was adequate. The fridge had two bottles of water in it and was never topped up, the cleaning of the room was good and staff should be commended on that. The Bar, awful, did not open till 11am then charged you after 10pm. Bad beer, Tuborg and only vodka and raki local spirit, no cocktails, the Pepsi and sprite were ok.
Restaurant, repetitive awful food, had better in two star hotels, lots of salad choices but hot food was awful. Inside bar was never open, have to walk to pool bar to get a drink.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Pool was clean.

Hotel is some distance from the nearest shop, hotel lays on a bus which is always over full.

Think of the hotel as an all inclusive two star hotel away from anywhere and you should not be too disappointed.

The staff at Grand Viking are truly amazing. I think catering for a wider market food wise could help but the overall quality was top not and value for money.

Daha odaya girer girmez, temizlik konusunda sıkıntı oldufunu zaten gördük. Banyo tavanından su akıyordu. Öğlen yemeği o kadar kötü görünüyordu ki sadece yoğurt yiyip kalkmak zorunda kaldık. Ve otelde bir gece bile konaklamadan ayrıldık.

Otel, bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Otelin havuzu yeterli büyüklükteydi. Yemekler yeterli düzeyde. Otelde sürekli temizlik yapılmakta ve odalar düzenli temizlenmektedir.
Otele ait özel plaj ve plaja ücretsiz servis olması artı yönüydü. Odaya gönderilen meyve sepeti içinde ekstra teşekkür ederiz. Fakat bir kaç kere dikkatimi çeken olumsuz yönü ise. Oda havlusuyla havuza gitmek yasak olduğundan kendi havlum ile havuza giderken sorgulanmasıydı. On üzerinden 8 bir otel

Just Returned from a 2 weeks All Inclusive at this Hotel , Rated by The On Beach Tour Company & Jet 2 , as 3 + Star ,( Most Def Not ,) On the + Side The Staff are Very Friendly & Most Helpful & it has a Nice Swimming Pool + a Free Shuttle Bus to the main Shopping Centre in Kemer a few times a Day , But Other Than That , It Is in my Opinion its a 2 Star Rated Hotel at Best , Very Tired Rooms , Food Def not Catering for The Brits / with No Labels Describing what Is on the Buffet , only 2 Coffee Machines Available All Day that Are always breaking down , Ice Cream is only available if Paid for , Fresh Orange juice Is only available for 2 Euros Extra per glass , Non Alcoholic Beer is charged at 4 euros a bottle , No Tonic Water is Available ,The Pool Bar is open From 11 am until 10 pm at night after that ALL Drinks have to be Paid for , & This is supposed to be All Inclusive / Entertainment just 2 nights a weeks & is sadly not Brill , The Lobby Bar & Lounge is all closed up ,so there is nowhere other than around the Pool one can sit with friends chatting away from the Music & general Noise . Reported some Poo on Roof looking down from our Balcony ,but 3 days later it had still not been removed , , We Def Will not go there again ,
