Le hall d'accueil est très froid.
Après avoir réservé sans annulation possible, j'ai reçu un message m'indiquant que la résidence faisant l'objet de travaux importants pour l'ensemble de ses restaurants qui étaient fermés.
Une odeur noseabond dans l'appartement après le passage du ménage sûrement un spray.

Currently under Reno’s so slight impact - but I knew
Also, don’t like I have to pay to get wine glasses to the room. Hilton does that for free. Small charge though - I did it twice :)

Bitter sweet
Pros:

Rooms are good, thanks for keeping the rooms together as asked.

Cons:

I had a kid in stroller which means to reach p2 or p3 I Need to switch elevators from different levels, it is true and as scary as it sounds. Big hassles for family folks. So in that sense defiantly do not choose this hotel.

The bed is amazing!
Pros:

Just a few blocks from the Parliament. Several great places to eat in the nearby. Veeeeeery comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons:

The blocked electrical plug at the working table wasn't very helpful.

Disappointed
Pros:

I booked the Ottawa Marriott in May 2026. The location is great and within walking distance to most tourist sites. Two days before our little vacation I received a message from Marriott saying it was undergoing construction. There would be no lobby and no restaurant. The hotel is definitely aging and you can see why they would be improving it. The check-in area is totally outdated. They had a little table near the elevators with coffee and tea in the morning without a muffin or a cookie to be found. When asked, they said they did not provide anything like that. The staff at the front desk were very abrupt and not very accommodating. The parking for two nights was $80. Due to the state of the hotel, I was expecting them to wave at least the parking or give a discount on the nightly rate for the lack of accommodations available. Definitely off my list and will not be booking any Marriott hotels going forward.I’m

We know improvements are needed to improve hotel facilities but the restaurant closure was sad

The price of the parking our rental car I thought was quite high. The first time I have had to pay for parking at a hotel in Canada.
