Gute Lage für einen Citytrip nach Ottawa .
Pros:

Gute Lage , Parliament Hill ist fussläufig erreichbar . Pool auf Etage 4 hat bis 22.00 geöffnet

My stay was disrupted in the morning with fire alarm but facilities were decent we had 2 beds
Pros:

Bien dans l’ensemble, cependant un peu déçu au niveau de la chambre

Le restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé pour rénovations.
Le service aux chambres semblait bien, mais très coûteux, 87$ pour un déjeuner à deux.

Cons:

La chambre manquait d’insonorisation, et le bas de la porte laissait passé la lumière nous donnant l’impression de ne pas être intime, dans notre réservation nous devions avoir un canapé lit, chose que nous n’avons pas eu dans notre chambre.
Dans l’ensemble c’était fort bien, mais quelques détails de finition aux niveaux des travaux serait bien

Location was great, hotel was new, rooms were well-appointed.

Cons:

On the morning of checkout, I found clipped toenails underneath one of the chair cushions in my room. This was extremely unpleasant to discover and left me questioning how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival.

I also noticed a pen balanced on top of the television, which appeared to have been left there by a previous guest. Its placement suggests that the room was not carefully inspected during housekeeping.

Incredible hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel- amazing room and facilities.
Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Location for breakfast gave panoramic views of the city.
