It was excellent apart from the mentions above.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

No room service had to go fetch an ironing board and iron myself at the reception and my room was far from the reception. Then take those back again. That was torture. Breakfast please ask us our preferences especially with eggs. Don’t give everyone a standard breakfast. Also add water please.

The staff is super friendly and the place is clean, the WiFi was perfectly working except just for the bed

Horrible experience as it was our first time to book with them. The management is really poor.
Pros:

Some of the staff was friendly and rooms were fairly clean

Cons:

Horrible service at check in and unprofessional. Poor communication when booking and you get what you didn't book for.
