ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
When I arrived there at approximately 14h30 to check in, my Room was right next to a Swimming Pool with about 30 People Drinking and Playing LOUD MUSIC. I lwft to go and meet a Client and when I returned at approximately 20h00, Nothing had changed. I packed my Bags and Checked out of the Accommodation.
I WANT a COMPLETE REFUND from Coyotes.
The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay
The room was nice, but unfortunately there was no door for the toilet and no wardrobe, which was a little inconvenient during our stay
Staff was friendly. The place was close to where I was attending my event.
Cups were not clean, and there were left over food in the fridge that made the room smell after a pen the fridge. The toilet paper was not enough.
Toilet is from closed off from the room. There is no privacy.

There were other guests drinking and talking in the passage making it difficult for us to sleep. We reported them but they didn’t stop

Location is CBD, which has some advantages in terms of getting there.
The bedding looked quite old and the staff said they didn't have the keys to the storeroom to change the bedding.
Smells heavily of detergent. Some of the furniture is quite old. You get what you pay for, it's not bad but it's not what you expect when you hear "hotel".
Unfortunately, i did not have my breakfast there but i will definitely try it next time
Eish i don't like the fact that there are no mops in the room that i can use after the shower or in case i spill something on the flow

They didn't ask the preference when they prepare for breakfast they just provide what they are preparing wich is not good for visitors with diets preference
I waited for 1h45 before they book me in, they only assist us after we complained. They told us they are still cleaning the rooms which was fair enough but lack of communication.
The experience in itself was calm. It just scared the hell out of us when law enforcement officers, I am supposing, they were not in uniform and in civilian trucks, suddenly offloaded their gears into their rooms and I could see armaments, shields - a truck load by the way.
The experience was not warranted. Some things could be kept off-sight. There could be a dedicated entrance for that type of thing. I also felt the smell of drugs in the evening, but I understood that it could be coming from the guests, given their line of work.

The maintenance wow wow wow, my room was always clean.
Can we have microwaves in the rooms if possible
