Generally strong — several guests praised specific staff members (e.g., Hannah, Amber) as friendly and helpful; however, there are notable complaints about front desk responsiveness and a cancelled reservation incident.
Location
9.7
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central, walking distance to shops and restaurants, next to an upscale mall, with free parking nearby.

Rooms described as spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds, but some maintenance shortcomings reported (missing dresser handles, broken bathroom door in one room) and intermittent poor water pressure.

Has useful amenities cited by guests (on-site restaurant, mini-fridge, free parking) though some guests noted the absence of a pool and limited closet/hanging space.

Mixed — several guests felt the price should include amenities like breakfast or a pool; reservation issues also negatively impacted perceived value for some.

The location was great
Pros:

The location was great. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The atmosphere was great. I liked there was a mini fridge in the room.

Cons:

We had an issue and the front desk wasn't too overly helpful but we made it work. I was traveling with a co-worker and we wanted adjoining rooms. I even put this in the initial reservation and I wasn't informed this couldn't happen until we arrived.

It was OK, but won’t be back
Pros:

Location and style. I got a hot shower. Bed was good.

Cons:

My dresser/cabinets were missing five handles needed to open dressers drawers/cabinets. It doesn’t have a pool for the price and the breakfast is not complementary. For that price one or both should have been included?

Will never be visiting this location again. This place has fallen since my first couple stays here. It’s a shame too.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

This is the second time I have had a problem with this location. The first time I tossed it up to being a fluke. Things happen. This time I arrived and my reservation had been cancelled. Not by myself or booking.com. There were no rooms to accommodate my family left and the girl at the front desk really couldn’t be bothered anyways.

Average, did not exceed my expectations like The Manchester.
Pros:

Front desk availability is limited. The bed was dirty upon arrival, my room had to be switched. The new room bathroom door was broken. My room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping on day 2. Overall I expected more from this location for the price.
