Mooie plek bij het KMSKA, verder is het wat mager.

Erg gehorig, de kamer rook naar rook en er was geen mogelijkheid koffie/thee te zetten op de kamer. Ook geen ontbijt of bar.

De locatie was perfect, vlakbij het museum en gezellige café's.

Cons:

Wij moesten aanvankelijk de reservering annuleren vanwege een plotselinge migraineaanval, wilden huiswaarts gaan om medicatie te kunnen innemen. Echter, de aanvraag werd geweigerd, ook nog toen we bij de receptie de situatie kwamen toelichten. Dit zou via de manager gaan die pas na minimaal een week reageert, aanvragen worden per definitie direct geweigerd.
Dus besloten we maar te blijven, direct naar bed te gaan, met een upgrade naar een rustige kamer aan de achterkant. Die achterkant bleek aan een binnenplaats te liggen, waar alle geluiden weerkaatsten, ook die van binnenkomende gasten die met veel rumoer hun avondje uit navierden. Gegil en luid gelach hielden ons uren uit onze slaap.
Een telefoontje naar de receptie mocht niet baten, ze konden hier niets aan doen en lieten zelfs later weten dat ze geen teken van overlast konden horen. Hoe makkelijk kun je je van dit alles afmaken? Dit noem ik geen servicegericht en gastvrij hotel, niet een die het zijn gasten aangenaam wil maken, maar een die uitsluitend geld wil verdienen. Hier gaan wij nooit meer terug!

Cons:

Tínhamos de deixar a chave na receção sempre que saíamos do quarto; ao voltarmos era dizer o número do quarto sem qualquer controlo. Qualquer pessoa podia pedir a chave do quarto. O lavatório estava entupido, a porta da casa de banho a cair, o comando da televisão partido e a ventoinha avariada.

Hallo,

Ik ben al tien jaar klant bij dit hotel en normaal ben ik tevreden, maar deze keer ben ik echt teleurgesteld.

Gisteren heb ik een deluxe kamer geboekt, maar helaas voldoet de kamer niet aan de verwachtingen.
Het bed is niet comfortabel, de televisie werkt niet en er is geen koelkast in de kamer.

Toen ik hulp vroeg aan de receptie over de televisie, kreeg ik geen echte oplossing. Er werd alleen gezegd dat ik de tv opnieuw moest uitzetten en aanzetten. Dat vind ik geen professionele service.

Daarnaast heb ik al meer dan drie keer gemerkt dat de ontvangst en de manier van omgaan met klanten soms moeilijk en niet vriendelijk zijn. Dat had ik niet verwacht van een hotel waar ik al jaren kom.

Als trouwe klant sinds tien jaar verwacht ik een betere behandeling en meer aandacht voor mijn probleem.

Daarom vraag ik vriendelijk:

- een andere en betere kamer, of
- dat deze problemen zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost.

Very poor accommodation

Cons:

The room smelled of mould, the radiator in the room was leaking and mould had set in, this was not just a day old or so the mould was very established. The lift door did nor full close afrer use and dye to this i had to carry 2 heavy bas ip 4 flights. Being in a room next to the communal toilet was a nightmare guest banging the door at all hours from midnight to sunrise. Not a pleasant stay in Antwerp
