The property was nice, and clean.

The water park itself was great. The room was nice and comfortable.
Let me 1st state that I booked a balcony king suite. Upon arrival, once set, we were given our keys to the room, walked in and realized it had no balcony. Went back down to the front desk, explained to the girl the situation, she was clueless and helpless. The manager "fixed" it in the system, we were told to enjoy the park until a room is ready for us. Fast-forward, 2nd room is ready..... we grab our belongings, go up to the room, AGAIN.... NO balcony! We go BACK to the front desk, now the manager comes, gets us in a balcony room, gives us complimentary arcade cards for the kids. We think we're all set, we go up.... the room key doesnt work!!!! Yeah we were over it!! Half the day passed going in n out the park to get a room. The rooms had NO toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap. They offer NO complimentary coffee, breakfast for your stay. Definitely not a great experience and will not recommend

From the moment my family and I walked through the doors at The Kartrite Resort, our entire experience was elevated by one incredible person: Gloria at the front desk.
Let me set the scene. I arrived as an exhausted and, admittedly, pretty irritable father of three small kids, after a grueling two-and-a-half-hour drive. If you’ve ever traveled with young children, you know exactly the state I was in. Gloria took one look at our frazzled crew and immediately put us at ease with her warmth, her upbeat attitude, and a sense of humor that had me laughing before I’d even finished checking in.
Check-in isn’t until 4:00 pm, but Gloria found a way to get my family into our room early — a small miracle that meant the world to us after such a long trip. She was accommodating in every sense of the word, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Beyond her kindness, Gloria was the consummate professional. She walked us through the property with expert detail, sharing everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay. At no point did I ever feel rushed. She gave us her full attention and made me feel as though I were the only guest in the entire lobby.
Gloria turned a stressful arrival into the perfect start to our vacation. She is a true asset to The Kartrite, and she’s the reason our stay began on such a high note. Thank you, Gloria — you made our trip!
The swim amenities were great !! The life guards were awesome
I had a amazing time there service was great and the rooms were very clean and I love the waterpark and the arcade my family had a amazing time so I really recommend this place it’s very fun the service is great !
