* El “desayuno incluido” consiste en un vale para un bar situado frente al establecimiento. La oferta es extremadamente limitada y carece por completo de opciones que puedan considerarse un desayuno equilibrado o saludable. Únicamente se ofrecen cruasanes y panecillos tipo pizza rellenos, sin alternativas como huevos, cereales, leche, yogur o fruta. Si quieres desayuno continental hay que pagarlo a parte.
* El detector del sistema contra incendios emite un destello verde de gran intensidad cada pocos segundos durante la noche. Aunque cada destello duraba solo una fracción de segundo, ilumina completamente la habitación e impide un descanso adecuado, hasta el punto de que tuvimos que dormir con antifaces para los ojos.
* La televisión no funcionó en ningún momento y el problema no pudo ser solucionado durante toda nuestra estancia.
* Durante la tercera noche nos fue imposible acceder al edificio y a nuestra habitación porque las tarjetas de acceso habían sido programadas únicamente para dos de las cuatro noches de nuestra reserva. El establecimiento no dispone de recepción 24 horas y, aunque se facilita un número de teléfono y WhatsApp para emergencias, nadie respondió a nuestras llamadas
* La habitación que finalmente se nos asignó no se correspondía con la que habíamos reservado.
Fuimos trasladados de habitación debido a una avería en el sistema de aire acondicionado de la habitación originalmente asignada, que no funcionaba. Sin embargo, la habitación alternativa presentaba unas características claramente inferiores a las de nuestra reserva. En concreto:
* Los techos eran considerablemente más bajos.
* No disponía de cocina, ya que carecía de fogones.
* No contaba con un dormitorio independiente, siendo un espacio único, mientras que la habitación reservada sí disponía de una estancia separada.

The location was good, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has a walk-in shower, Palermo was fun, largely because the world cup was on so all the bars were open late and full of locals and tourists watching the games together.
Breakfast was awful, I would rather have had the room cheaper and found my own. Because it's in a pedestrian zone you have to drag your bags from wherever your cab can drop you, which is fine when you're leaving because by then you know where you're going but it's very difficult when you first arrive and it isn't well sign-posted so quite difficult to find.
Location amazing- clean and comfortable with air conditioning and shutters making it peaceful too.

Terrific location in front of Teatro Massimo; convenient to the heart of Palermo. Room and bed was super comfortable and air conditioning was excellent although outside temps were mild in 70s. Breakfast was provided by the adjacent cafe/bakery with a somewhat limited selection, mostly pastries. Must check in prior to 730pm or extra 25E charge applies.
Our first floor room looked directly into a row of ficus tress that obscured the Teatro. We traveled with friends who stayed on 3rd floor and had a glorious view.
Localização incrível, em frente ao teatro Mássimo, quarto amplo, bem decorado, cama boa, banheiro ótimo, terraço, uma pequena copa-cozinha bem equipada, tudo muito moderno e confortável. Janelas anti-ruído garantem o sossego. Estacionamento há 150 metros, muito fácil. Predio com elevador, café da manhã bem em frente, rua cheia de restaurantes e lojinhas, gostamos de tudo. É um apartamento mas tem recepção, limpeza diária, café da manhã, como um hotel.
A TV não tem os canais internacionais.
The location is fabulous. The room was large and very clean.
Room was not cleaned on first day there. I was not concerned but needed towels. I was provided with towels but only after the staff questioned whether or not I had put the door sign on the correct side. The housekeeper told staff we left a do not disturb sign on our door. Not true. I left the sign that requested our room be made up. The staff questioned my honesty. This bothered me. The next day the room was cleaned but we had no spare toilet paper. Again the staff asked if I was looking in the right place for the spare toilet roll. Again I had to justify my request. Once I told them I had looked in the correct place and there was no toilet paper, they delivered a roll. Again, a simple request was questioned. Also, there is no reception area. No common use area. If you are seeking a clean, spacious room with limited services this is a great place.
