Excellent rapport qualité/prix/confort
Pros:

Une chambre neuve, propre est très bien agencée. La possibilité de parquer devant l'hôtel. Le self checkin après 22 heures qui fonctionne très bien. L'offre du petit déjeuné.

Cons:

Un grand véhicule parqué au milieu rendait les manoeuvres plus compliquées que nécessaire.

Fassbind better than the rest

Ubicación de 10,barrio residencial,super tranquilo,a pocos minutos del centro.Inmejorable, No contratamos el desayuno pero por los comentarios debe ser excelente.La habitación triple,espaciosa,cómoda,funcional,con la cama de nuestro hijo con su puerta indepenciente,etc

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en Swiss Night by Fassbind! Desde el momento en que llegamos el miércoles a las 10:00 a. m., el personal fue amable y atento, permitiéndonos ocupar nuestra habitación mucho antes de lo previsto. Eso marcó una gran diferencia tras nuestro viaje.

La habitación era fantástica: espaciosa, moderna, tranquila, con una cama muy cómoda y una limpieza impecable. Se nota que se enorgullecen de la limpieza; todo estaba inmaculado.

Valoramos de manera muy positiva la flexibilidad con el equipaje. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas e instalarnos nada más llegar y, el día de nuestra marcha, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje desde las 8:00 a. m., ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Este excelente servicio nos permitió disfrutar de nuestro último día en Zúrich sin preocupaciones.

La ubicación en Hottingen es perfecta: tranquila, segura y a pocos minutos a pie del Kunsthaus y del centro de la ciudad. El personal es súper amable y servicial en todo momento.

Sin duda volveremos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Great staff and breakfast but expensive.
Pros:

The staff were charming and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel, which is in a quiet area 20 minutes walk from hautbahnhof, is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

It was a warm night and our room was either without aircon or it did not work, which made sleep difficult. There was no information in the room saying how to connect to Wi-fi, which was frustrating as we had arrived late, reception had closed soon after, and we weren't able to check next morning's train times. Though clean and comfortable, the room was not spacious. Overall, it was not worth the CHF 324 we paid and in future for an overnight stop we will look for somewhere cheaper and nearer to the main railway station.

Zurigo da favola
Pros:

Buona la posizione perché a pochi minuti eravamo già in centro. La pulizia della stanza. La gentilezza dello staff e soprattutto quella di Consuelo che ci ha accolti molto bene e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa.

Cons:

Un po la colazione che non era molto variegata.

Pros:

Bize verilen ilk odada ıslak halıfleks kokusundan ötürü uyumakta zorlandık. Hatta booking üzerinden şikayetimizi de belirttik. Sabah hemen cevap geldi. Odamızı değiştirdiler ve konaklamamız boyunca kahvaltı hediye ettiler. Personel çok saygılı ve güleryüzlü idi. Özellikle Muhammed Bey bizimle daha çok ilgilendi ve çok nazikti. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Otelin konumu her yere yürüyebileceğimiz mesafedeydi. İlk gün yaşadığımız sıkıntıya rağmen biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine Zürih'e gitsem yine aynı otelde kalırım.

Cons:

Otelin her yeri halıfleks kaplı. Temiz tutmak adına yıkanıyor belli ki ama bu hijyen sağlamaz diye düşünüyorum.
