Perfect Spot to Stay
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at the Pasadena. The room was super clean and comfortable. Our booked room also had a water view which we particularly enjoyed. The restaurant on site served exceptional meals at reasonable prices and staff were always responsive and cheerful. We certainly are planning to return.

Excellent value for lovely comfortable room at gorgeous location
Pros:

Lovely views and very helpful staff and check in process . Sweet comfortable room with all thoughtful inclusions and great coffee shops and restaurants down stairs

This lovely place is perfectly situated and thoughtfully appointed. It’s luxurious and accessible. I had a fabulous breakfast at the in-house cafe, and the surrounding area and cafe are lovely too. There is an amazing lawn terrace to sit on and look over the water, and observe the locals coming and going.
The Pasadena staff made a beautiful, special effort when they heard it was my partner’s birthday. It’s personal and stylish and a gorgeous escape, near to all the other stuff you can find at Newport - but you won’t want to leave.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience.
Pros:

Lovely location and the waterside room views are wonderful. The staff person I dealt with was very helpful, and took my suitcase up the stairs for me.

Cons:

There is a steep staircase to get to the accommodation level. This is noted but for “oldies” it can be a challenge. I’m not sure if they can arrange lift access if needed, via service lift, but assume so.
