الموقع ممتاز، وفيه غرفة للصلاة ومريح ،والموظفين نسيت اساميهم الاخ اللبناني ممتاز ولبق ومتعاون والاخت اعتقد من اللهجة مصرية كانت متعاونة عند طلب ترقية للغرفه ،
الصالة الرياضية صغيرة جدا ، والماء منا شخصين وطفل ، مع ذلك يتم وضع علبة مياه واحدة فقط ، تم توفير واحدة اخرى عند الطلب
Posizione centrale e strategica a breve distanza dalla stazione metro di Rokin (linea blu 52); staff efficiente, molto cordiale ed educato; camera e bagno spaziosi e pulitissimi; colazione varia di qualità eccellente. Consigliato senza riserve.
The reception staff (Marc ?) were brilliant, very helpful and passionate about there hotel, the city and making sure we got what we wanted
Nothing to complain about - getting the room cleaned was a bit odd, kept coming back to the hotel mid afternoon to find we hadn't be tidied yet, still not certain what the process was.
Location:
The hotel is close to the Dam square and only 10-15 min walk to the central station. If you arrive by uber it will drop you off in a near by drop off point a block away. There is Tram, Metro, and bicycles for rental from the same hotel (19€ a day). There is multiple restaurants and cafes around the block.
Room:
We took 1 room for my partner and I which was clean, neat, and had most of what we need. The rooms are not very spacious, but acceptable. The bathroom was clean, and had all the necessities.
Food:
Our stay was breakfast included, the food was clean with wide verities. The name of each dish was clear and the allergens was noted.
Staff:
Staff very friendly and professional, prior to our arrival we requested a king size bed for our room, however it was not available, but they have provided an alternative with two single mattress joined with multiple sheets (same as king size bed) which is very appreciated from the staff as they are doing their best.
Overall the hotel has good location, nice rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff
We would recommend adding more drawers in the bed side table (as it had none)

The hotel was very nice, the loication was superb, the staff was nice, and the room was great. I will come back.
Op het ontbijt was er een ruime keuze, de locatie was goed.
De kamer was zeer klein, de badkamer had een enorm laag plafond , mijn echtgenoot kon zelfs niet rechtopstaand douchen moest met de kniëen gebogen in de douche staan, het personeel aan de receptie spreekt geen woord Nederlands.
De matras van het bed was steenhard en oncomfortabel, en het hotel laat geen nette indruk na wanneer je binnen komt in de lobby, rond de draaideuren kan het properder, de handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe en hadden geen frisse geur.
Koffie in de kamer werd niet bijgevuld. We hadden toevallig contact met de house keeping omdat ik wat shopping wou in de kamer brengen , ze was niet echt zeer vriendelijk.
