Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel in good central position
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a central location and well positioned for museums etc. Really clean hotel serving a great breakfast in a lovely light and spacious room. Food items were replenished regularly and staff on hand to clear away plates etc. Our room, situated on 6th floor, was quiet and exceptionally clean with a good bathroom. Excellent air con which although a bit noisy, was brilliant and necessary for the very warm period we were there. For a reasonably priced hotel, the addition of slippers and bottled water that was replaced both days, was most welcome. All staff that we encountered were very professional and polite. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel and would be happy to book again.

Good hotel, good value for money, great staff.
Pros:

Very friendly and efficient staff and service. Our request for a twin room was met, without upgrading via the 'build your perfect room' messages sent before arrival.
Room was clean, a good size and had everything we needed for our stay.
Considering the location and busy road that the hotel fronts on, the room was quiet and we had no disruption from either outside or other guests on our floor.
We took advantage of the drinks vouchers in exchange for not having our room cleaned daily.
Loved the sweet trolley at reception!

Cons:

Not really anything to complain about the hotel itself.
Location wise, it was a busy and not such a tidy area, but saying that it did make us walk more to find more scenic areas and nicer bistros and bakeries. The flower market is more of a bulb market and not as pretty as I imagined.
It did take us a while to get used to the bikes, the speed they come at you is terrifying!!!
Did not like the pre arrival messages regarding room upgrades. I very nearly paid a lot more for our room in a panic. Really glad I held out and just asked for the bed configuration when we arrived. Also got a later check out with no charge!

There was a terrible smell on our floor(4) when going through the hall to our room. They had had a flood, I was told.
