Goed hotel maar pech met de kamer

Locatie perfect, kamer schoon en goed bed. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet!

Cons:

Helaas hadden wij de slechtste kamer gekregen van het hotel (124) met uitzicht op airconditioning en grote afvoerbuis. Gordijnen dichtgehouden want we waren alleen maar op de kamer om te slapen. Beklag gedaan bij de receptie toen er de volgende dag etensresten en afval naar beneden was gegooid recht voor ons raam van de bovenburen. Ze hebben nog gevraagd of we de 2e nacht van kamer wilde ruilen en zouden het op laten ruimen. Dat gebeurde niet. We hebben 1 x ontbijt gratis gekregen ter compensatie. Deze kamer zou ons inziens niet verhuurd mogen worden. Of is het zo dat Booking de leftovers krijgt om te boeken?
Al met al voor 620 € voor twee nachtjes toch teleurstellend.

Great Location
Pros:

Centrally located. Everywhere you’d like to walk to is on avg 20min. Metro, tram close by. Central Train station is about a 20min walk w/out luggage.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Great value. Rooms are cozy and modern.

Fantastic central location , lovely friendly staff. Lovely touch having jellies in the lobby area everyday 🙌🥰

Cons:

Because of it’s central location , there was noise at night time that we could hear from our room as we were in a room at the front of the hotel but it was expected due to the location and it didn’t affect being able to sleep

Great location, but disappointing experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and so is location. You can walk anywhere from this hotel or conveniently commute with a taxi or public transportation.

Cons:

The WiFi did not work at all in my room (509). Booking this hotel for 10 nights and realizing wifi is a complete garbage disappointed me. Staff was helpful and gave me code for premium wifi which did not help at all. The AC was hard to operate - it would take temperature several hours to drop one degree and did not go less than 21 degrees at any point. Cleaning was good, but cups were rarely replaced. I was very clearly putting them to the side as dirty and cleaning service replaced them maybe twice during my 10-night stay. Some very obvious amenities that I expected in the room were not present, cleaning staff did not take my laundry bag (I had to bring it down to reception) and did not deliver it (I had to go down pick it up). Even trash was sometimes not emptied. I stayed in NH hotels many times, this was my most disappointing NH trip unfortunately. In my family room, power sockets didn't work and an electrician had to come fix that.

Great location, very nice stay.
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was in a beautiful room, rooms where always well cleaned. Reception staff very helpful. Loved the little touches like the water and the sweets trolley in reception.

Cons:

It was so hot when we were there - so the air-conditioning really struggled - getting it on and off was not very easy.
The pillows could have been better.
