Great location with fun all around.
Pros:

The electric supply to coffee machine for one room didn’t work throughout our stay.

Pros:

Lovely location, comfortable hotel with burger restaurant in the ground floor. Staff was pleasant, rooms big and airy overlooking the flower market square. Comfortable shower. Flowery decor. Very unique

Cons:

I had the impression the hotel was closer to train station,but it's 20 minute walk.

Konumu sevdim, evlilik yıldönümümüz için odaya bıraktıkları not ve minik hediye çok güzel bir jestti.

Cons:

Fiyat dengesi iyi değildi daha uygun olabilirdi. Temizlik yapıldı günlük ama tuvaletteki çöp boşaltılmadan, ilginç geldi.

Amazing Stay - Fabulous location
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous, a great location and facilities. The breakfast had a great choice. The free sweets and water was also a nice touch

Great location and breakfast!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Close to everything and located in an area with a lot of food options.
The breakfast was really complete and fresh. I had a hard time trying to find “well done eggs, and the staff was really nice to offer me with some different options as omelette. :)
Room was clean, organize and had everything we need it. At some point our lights were not working in the room, but they fixed the problem right away!

It was very pleasant and the staff is helpful!
Pros:

I room was very spacious and comfortable because we were upgraded to a suite. The bed was comfortable. The views were great of the city and it was nice to be able to open the windows. We also liked the deep bathtub.

Cons:

If you are not lucky enough to book a "sound proof" as advertised on the website, then it is a noisy location. The sound comes from the local church bells, the street cars and general traffic noise.
Also, when we first arrived we were given a standard room and I was surprised that at that level, which was still pretty expensive there were no towel racks in the bathroom. Also no hooks to hang heavy coats and rain gear when you enter. Those seem like simple items that wouldn't cost much to add, but make a difference to experienced travelers.

Housekeeping needs to be improved
Pros:

Have been staying at NH hotels since long. However, the house keeping needa a big improvement. Was not at all up to the mark.
