Good and modern facilities. Overall cleanliness was great.

Cons:

Bad shower room and toilet designs. Both were done to look good but not with the user friendliness and practicality in mind. 2/10. You could have done a lot better than that Pullman.

Pros:

A solid well maintained hotel. Not in a tourist area but 10 minutes by Uber to most of the sights. Outstanding breakfast included with room. Shout out to Ibrahim who helped tremendously with our luggage and in processing. Staff in general was very professional.

Cons:

An unannounced fire alarm. Imagine being on the 25th floor and you hear a fire alarm go off on the 24th floor- then a short time later you hear it on your floor. Let’s see —towering inferno movie. Er maybe 9-11 comes to mind. My wife was very disturbed by the unannounced alarm.

A great location and staff. They were so friendly and suggested great restaurants to visit nearby.
Pros:

I really liked how big and clean the rooms are and how kind and attentive the staff are in offering us options for restaurants and breakfast nearby. The location also is amazing.

Cons:

Zimmer gut, Restaurants schlecht!

Lage war gut. Frühstück große Auswahl, aber leider viel zu voll.

Beworbene Essensoptionen waren leider schlecht!
Frühstück:
Überfüllt! Keine Chance an die Omelett-Station zu kommen. 10min warten bis man eine Sitzplatz zugewiesen bekommt.
Abendessen:
Das auf der Webseite beworbene Umami Burger Restaurant gibt es schon seit 5 Monaten nicht mehr. Das italienische Restaurant war total überteuert mit kleiner Essens-Auswahl. Hier wird klar das Luxussegment angesprochen. Essen enttäuschend für den Preis. Aperol-Spritz 18 EUR (!!!).
Roof-Top-Bar:
Ja, wäre nett gewesen einen kleinen Absacker mit Aussicht nach dem Essen. Aber 25 EUR Eintritt (inkl. 1 Getränk) und ebenfalls überfüllt.

Das wird alles auf der Webseite nicht erwähnt!
