Felt letdown
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast it was out of are budget at 35 Euro per person we all thought it was far too expensive

Cons:

We had been looking forward to going to the rooftop because when booking it looked amazing, when we tried to do this we were told we needed to book but also it would cost us 25 euros each when you are booking it doesn’t state this

Coffee shop and bar both great.
Very expensive tho

Cons:

The shower only had the free hand set ting working not over head.
Room smelt terribly of smoke
Airconditioning didn’t work that well had to have on high all night

Cons:

Check-in was longer than expected due to some issues they had. During checkout they said that we took a breakfast which we didn’t. They said that they will check the signatures but after one week they still didn’t control it despite my calls. Unbelievable that they are still working in a very old style.

Fue muy acogedora. Limpia todo súper bien.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y la gente súper especial con excepción del que hacía los omelette en el desayuno con una actitud espantosa y abusiva casi arruina mis inicios de la mañana pero por lo demás excelente. 🥰🥰

Cons:

Habitación muchos espejos y la decoración de la habitación muy fría pero súper limpia. También necesitan poner recipiente de papel en el baño porque su sistema de desagüe del baño muy lento. Saludos

Gute Ansätze, aber deutlicher Servicebedarf beim Check-in und Frühstück

Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück: Das Frühstück an sich war fantastisch. Die Auswahl war riesig, äußerst schmackhaft und hat absolut keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Freundliches Restaurant-Team: Im Gegensatz zur Rezeption waren die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant trotz des Stresses ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Hervorragendes Fahrstuhl-Konzept: Ein absolutes Highlight war das Aufzugssystem. Es gibt reichlich Fahrstühle, wodurch wir zu keiner Zeit Wartezeiten hatten.

Cons:

Fehlgeschlagener Late Check-out: Vor der Anreise wurde uns online ein Late Check-out angeboten. Dieser konnte vorab jedoch nicht gebucht werden und wir wurden auf den Abreisetag verwiesen. Am Abreisetag hieß es dann schlichtweg, das Hotel sei ausgebucht – eine sehr unglückliche Kommunikation.
Mangelhafter Service an der Rezeption: Beim Check-in erhielten wir kaum Informationen. Bezüglich der Kaution wurden wir nicht aufgeklärt, und auch Infos zu den Hoteleinrichtungen oder den Restaurants mussten wir den Mitarbeitern komplett selbst aus der Nase ziehen.
Überlastetes Buffet am Sonntagmorgen: Am Sonntag war der Andrang extrem hoch. Das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffets überhaupt nicht mehr hinterher, sodass man zeitweise vor leeren Platten stand und auf das Essen warten musste.
