Für kurze Entspannung in ruhiger erholsamer Umgebung

Zentrale Lage/Fahrstuhl im Hotel/Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel sehr beengt. Tägliches Reservieren von Plätzen im Restaurant. Halbpension verbesserungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Allgemein war das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten anstattt des gebuchten Apartements, ein Zimmer im Hotel erhalten. Zugangsdaten (per Email) über Schlüsselbox. Leider war es nicht möglich zwischen 16 und 22 Uhr irgend jemand an der Rezeption zu erreichen, damit wir reklamieren konnten. Auch nach mehrmaligem, zu verschiedenen Zeiten, Klingeln an der Rezeption, tauchte niemand auf. Also mussten wir das Zimmer behalten. Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Aber, für unseren Geschmack die Betten viel zu weich. Die Einrichtung altbacksch. Das Badezimmer roch "merkwürdig" die Toilettenbürste zeigte die Spuren vieler verschiedener Vorgänger. Das war eklig. Wir wussten auch nicht, wie die Parkplatzsituation gestaltet war. Wir haben uns dann einfach auf den Hof gestellt, ohne zu Wissen, ob wir evtl. ein Ticket bekommen würden. Am nächste Morgen (8 Uhr) versuchten wir die Situation an der Rezeption zu klären. Leider war niemand vor Ort oder erreichbar... Nach mehrmaligem Klingeln und Warten - keiner erschien - sind wir abgereist. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Es war ein kurzer , aber sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt .

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant mit Thüringer Spezialitäten. Zimmer ist gut, aber etwas alt. Bad dagegen ist neu renoviert!
