Pros:

There was no booking when we arrived

Cons:

When I arrived they told me there was no reservation on their end and that it had happened to multiple guests. How looking at reviews it looks like this is a normal occurrence for them. I have never had this issue when using booking before and I have been going back and forth trying to get a refund.

Overall, great room, Just the pillows really, really, REALLY suck.
Pros:

Great check out after a serious problem with booking.com. They offered me an upgrade to our room which was still cheaper than the smaller room we booked with Booking.com.

Cons:

The pillows are very uncomfortable. The plastic cover inside it prevents our heads from sinking into the pillow properly and hurts the neck. We've brought our own pillows to be more comfortable.

Pros:

The property was fantastic but when I showed up, my reservation had been cancelled and I did not get the room that Booking.com charged me for.
I paid an additional charge for a room for one night but had to scramble to find other accommodation for the rest of the weekend.
Booking.com has my money, no customer service number and I did not get what I paid for. I will not be using Booking.com for any future reservations.
The charges have been disputed with my credit card company, I’m just waiting to see if Booking.com will refund the money charged for a room I didn’t get to use.

Booked 2 rooms in advance and all paid, came in at 9 pm tired and need to rest, front desk says they never received reservation and no room aclvailable “third party system was never supposed to make a reservation over the weekened” Had to move and find alternative in the middle of the night

Pros:

The location and it had two bathrooms for a one bedroom suite and tons of kitchen items and a dual Keurig

Cons:

Sometimes their rates are just too high that we couldn't afford to go there. We were lucky enough to get a very low rate to be able to check it out this time
