Will never stay here
Pros:

The room was stinky and the carpets were moist.

Cons:

The wet/moist carpets made me to almost throw up

It will be our last stay. My husband preferred this hotel most times when we visit but I told him never again.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. Melody was awesome.

Cons:

The bathroom had excessive hair in the tub and sink areas. The garbage can already had trash in it. The pillows and blanket were dirty. They were removed and placed in the closet and by the door for pick up but were never picked up. We went out to buy a blanket and two pillows to use during our stay. Daytime housekeeping or fresh towels are hard to get.

terrible, stay anywhere else
Pros:

the wifi never worked, it was easier to use my cellular data. i could hardly use my phone or work on my computer without having to wait several minutes at a time for the wifi to work- it was constant. worst of all, the whole floor reeked of weed for my whole two night stay. i had called the front desk to complain and was basically ignored. I would love my money back, but that request was denied. but i will literally never stay in this hotel again, not even for free.

Very nice and clean, but the parking fee sucks!
Pros:

Very nice, very clean, loved the breakfast! However, I did not like the added on parking fee. Come on administration add that in on the top, not in additional fees. This hotel is in a remote location where parking is not at a premium, so please don't insult your guests by adding a parking fee so that you can squeeze some more money out of them. This review isn't for the on-site staff or mangement at all, they're great. It's for you people sitting at the corporate offices deciding what you can do to get some more revenue. Shame on you!

Pros:

It was affordable. They provided a list of restaurants in the area and it wasn’t too far away from the places we were planning to go.

Cons:

I didn’t realize until receiving our final receipt after check out that we were charged an add on fee for self parking each night that we stayed. The road up to the hotel was a little bumpy and it was a little difficult to see oncoming traffic when making the turn into the road leading up to the hotel. Our sink had a problem draining our last morning prior to checking out but we alerted the manager of the issue prior to check out.

The hampton Inn Pittsburgh, PA Greentree was perfect for our visit to Pittsburgh, PA this Summer!
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and the young lady working on Sunday was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, especially handling the duties all by herse;f. The general manager working on Monday was also very polite, riendly, and professional filling in for an employee who was absent from the breakfast area. The hotel while being a little dated ws quite confortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were all friendly and professional at all times. The hotel's location was perfect for our visit for our grandson's golden 9th birthday party and and only about a 15 minute drive to Palm Beach Avenue. We were not there long enough to use the pool but it appeated to be clean and available if we needed to use it.

Cons:

he only thing that I can say was a minor problem is that the hotel signage is insufficient as we could have easily pasted by the location if not using GPS. Otherwise, we would gladly stay here again!
