Very clean
Nothing
Morning breakfast staff are very attentive and positive in making a full breakfast ready.
Room was small, bathroom was not cleaned and staff were not helpful.
It was affordable. They provided a list of restaurants in the area and it wasn’t too far away from the places we were planning to go.
I didn’t realize until receiving our final receipt after check out that we were charged an add on fee for self parking each night that we stayed. The road up to the hotel was a little bumpy and it was a little difficult to see oncoming traffic when making the turn into the road leading up to the hotel. Our sink had a problem draining our last morning prior to checking out but we alerted the manager of the issue prior to check out.
Breakfast was exceptional and the young lady working on Sunday was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, especially handling the duties all by herse;f. The general manager working on Monday was also very polite, riendly, and professional filling in for an employee who was absent from the breakfast area. The hotel while being a little dated ws quite confortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were all friendly and professional at all times. The hotel's location was perfect for our visit for our grandson's golden 9th birthday party and and only about a 15 minute drive to Palm Beach Avenue. We were not there long enough to use the pool but it appeated to be clean and available if we needed to use it.
he only thing that I can say was a minor problem is that the hotel signage is insufficient as we could have easily pasted by the location if not using GPS. Otherwise, we would gladly stay here again!
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet
Location was a little out of the way, but it was still easy access so it worked
Room was nice. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was under -staffed, and attendant was overworked. Trash was never dumped and fell about the floor. We had to reuse our towels as room service person said that she didn't have large towels on her cart.
The staff here at 555 trumble are amazing. Special shout out to Ms. Janay. She makes sure that our food comes out like a little Caesars pizza “hot and ready”. And she really knocks those sausage links out of the park. Looks like home made cooking .
We drove from Boston my daughter is moving in to college this weekend. We checked in on Thursday and it’s been aweful we had to go into 3 different rooms after driving 9 hrs one room the bathroom door didn’t close. They then put us in another room it smelled terrible. He lights keep flickering and the WiFi keeps going in and out. We have stayed in a lot of Hilton’s but this one is by far the worst. We can’t wait to check out in a few days
ottima posizione, ad una decina di minuti in macchina dal centro città, letti comodi, colazione varia ed abbondante, piscina piacevole, stanza ben insonorizzata
The included breakfast was great except they ran out of coffee the second day which happened to be a Saturday. The offerings were good though - yogurt, hard boiled eggs, dry cereals, oatmeal, eggs, bacon or smoked sausage (one offered per day), breakfast potatoes, scones, bagels, toast, make-your-own waffle (Belgium big or mini’s), juice variety.
The only thing that felt clean was the bed. The bathroom counter and shelving were dirty and dusty. Dust was visible in many parts by baseboards and such. The bathroom shelving was the worst though. Had to clean it so we could even use it. Made sure to wear socks or slippers at all times.
The only day they cleaned (clean every other day), they just removed dirty towels. Didn’t remove trash. We had to request new towels. No beds were made but honestly I was ok with that.
Good Breakfast spread
There was no hot water on one of the mornings. Neither were we given an alternative nor compensated for the lack of basic facilities
Room was clean, although there was a metal piece poking out that cut my ankle. Pool was big enough to swim laps in. No hot tub. Breakfast - no bacon.
It was quiet and comfortable
Where it was located no places close to eat but it was ok
We live not far from this hotel and ended up staying two nights when our home HVAC died during a nasty heat wave. For the price point, this is a pretty good hotel. Every person from the staff that I interacted with was pleasant, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned. Don’t expect a lot from the breakfast. Frankly, even at this price point, I found the breakfast disappointing. The oatmeal was very watery and tasted to me like instant. My other criticism is that, on the morning that we later checked out, just as I was getting out of the shower and with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, housekeeping knocked and called out “housekeeping” as if about to come in. It was before check-out time. With DND sign on door, that seems quite inappropriate.
