Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gut war der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen.
Der Empfang war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Der Service beim auschecken war sehr gut.
Freundlich, Kompetent und hilfsbereit.

部屋は快適でした
Pros:

広くて清潔で綺麗でした。
翌日にフランクフルト空港から出発するために前日に一泊するだけの目的でしたので、その目的は果たせました。
近くに大きなスーパーもあります。パンも売ってますので朝ごはんや、お菓子などの小さなお土産を買うこともできます。（日曜は休みなので注意です）

Cons:

宿泊プランでは、空港へのバスが「片道無料」と記載されています。
私はホテルまでは電車や徒歩で到着しました。
「片道無料」なので、翌朝のホテルから空港までのバスは無料で乗れるものと思っていました。
ところが、「空港からホテル」のバスは無料ですが、「ホテルから空港」は有料です。フロントとかけあいましたが、一切受け付けてもらえませんでした。
€5〜6だったと思いますが仕方なく払いました。
プランを「空港バス無料・片道」ではない別の記載に変更した方がいいと思います。

Cons:

My booking was initially rejected because I needed to pay a 2 EUR fee, and I could only settle it in cash. However, the hotel’s policy does not accept cash — only credit cards are allowed. I had already completed the online booking, and I did not understand why this extra payment was still required.

The staff only suggested that I resolve my card issue, which I believed was impossible due to the time difference.
The service was not good and lacked flexibility.
