Wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was very delicious and had a good option to choose from.

Cons:

I wish the facility could have water dispensers at the ice machine location or somewhere in the building. The only way to get water was to go get water from the container in the lobby which was very inconvenient.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

Not worth $200 a night. Avoid if u can.
Rooms need major upgrades. Things are hooked on multi pin joints. Bath tubs and toilet seats have rust stain. The TV unit was tilted. Location is okay.
The front reception staff needs to retrained.
Breakfast is decent but gets crowded if you are late.

Besides the horrible smell in room, our stay was good.

El servicio al cliente fue pésimo. Las camas dobles no podían entrar 3 personas. Incluso me dijo el personal de recepción que en Booking dice que nos dan un sofá cama y que no es cierto.

Cons:

Left within four hours. Busy day of site seeing. Got to the room took a nap. Upon getting up realized someone else’s hairs on the shower walls. Within a few minutes after that a cockroach came running out from under the bed. Absolutely disgusting. Left and had to make three attempts for them to respond to booking.com not only that got charged $73 for parking and there is not one that returns your call and they don’t give out a phone number for them.

Séjour très décevant, sur tous les plans.

L’accueil a donné le ton dès l’arrivée : aucune amabilité, aucun sourire, un ton sec et le sentiment de déranger. La personne à la réception en soirée ne fait visiblement aucun effort de courtoisie, et le voiturier de nuit donne la même impression : agacé, expéditif, comme si chaque demande était une contrainte. C’est d’ailleurs la première fois que je reçois ce genre d’accueil aux États-Unis, où le sens du service est habituellement irréprochable — cela tranche vraiment avec tous les autres établissements de mon voyage.

La chambre n’était pas propre et une odeur persistante de transpiration s’en dégageait — impossible de s’y sentir bien.

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est servi dans des couverts en carton et en plastique, ce qui achève de donner une impression de bâclé et de « service minimum ».

Je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrai pas
