Nie wymieniono ręczników
Po 1 nie sprzątali i nie wymieniali ręczników. Ponadto wrażenia z pobytu zepsuła nam przy wymeldowaniu 03 marca 2026 (może się przyda managerowi) bezczelna i nieuprzejma recepcjonistka. Był problem z odbiorem auta ponieważ nie używam telefonu i nie można było mi wydać MOJEGO samochodu. Nie chciała nam pomóc, na wprost nas olała. Przyjęła do wiadomości że chcemy odebrać samochód, spytała o aplikację a jak usłyszała że jej nie mamy po prostu nas lekceważyła. Była arogancka i o nieuprzejmym sposobie bycia i to mimo krzyżyka na szyi. Zaatakowała słownie mojego syna który starał się pomóc w tej sytuacji a lepiej ode mnie zna angielski. On bardzo źle się poczuł i cały czas to przeżywa. Potraktowała go jak gnojka którym nie jest. Uważam że sieć powinna przeprosić go za to jak został potraktowany słowami „Zamknij się smarkaczu. Jesteś za młody żeby ze mną rozmawiać. Nie rozmawiam z Tobą.” To szokujące słowa których nie spodziewaliśmy się usłyszeć nigdy nigdzie, a już na pewno nie od obsługi recepcji w hotelu. Chamstwo i brak klasy. Ta Pani nie powinna pracować na recepcji. W ogóle nie powinna mieć kontaktu z klientami.

The property was clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

There was not clear signage regarding where to park to unload your car. Coming into the city when you’re not used to being in a big city was incredibly overwhelming not knowing where to unload the car.

The valet was expensive and there is no other parking options nearby. That being said, the valet system was good once we figured it out. It was all online which made it easy to get our car anytime.
