Sehr schön.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte prompt auf Probleme. Für ein nicht klärbares Problem reagierte das Management sofort mit einem teilweisen Preiserlass. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet was auch auf vorhandene Steckdosen zutrifft. Auch das es einen anständigen Kleiderschrank gab hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das Internet ist etwas langsam.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt Optimal
Pros:

Insgesamt alles in Ordnung… die Zimmern waren sauber und haben sehr gut gerochen 👍🏼

Cons:

Colazione non inclusa e nessun modo di farla nelle vicinanze. Il ristorante di cui fanno pubblicità era chiuso.
Manutenzione dell'hotel pessima.
Stanza non pulita dopo il primo giorno.
In ricezione non c'era mai nessuno.
Sembra un hotel che sta per chiudere.

La persona che era alla reception non è stata chiara: dalla prenotazione di booking nel prezzo era inclusa la colazione, invece abbiamo dovuto pagarla al momento del Chek-in. Assieme ad altre persone che hanno soggiornato lì abbiamo saputo che loro hanno pagato meno di colazione. La colazione non era delle migliori. In più non hanno fatto la pulizia della stanza: ho dovuto chiamare perché mi portassero la carta igienica. L' ultimo giorno non abbiamo potuto fare colazione perché l albergo chiudeva per ferie, e la persona alla reception l ha palesemente omesso. Consiglio di non andarci, persone poco amichevoli e disorganizzazione

Una delle camere non era stata pulita.
Tempi di risposta lunghi alle richieste fatte alla struttura giorni prima della prenotazione.
Ho chiesto di cambiare l'occupazione di una camera.
Non avendo avuto risposta in tempi utili prima della partenza ho preso anche una singola.
La risposta al cambio occupazione è arrivata il giorno del checkin mentre ero in viaggio ho quindi chieto la cancellazione della singola che è stata negata. Personale poco comprensivo!

Puliza della struttura e delle camere pessime. In una delle 4 prenotate il bagno non era stato pulito affatto.
In una delel camere la bottiglia d'acqua (di benvenuto immagino) è aperta è già usata.
Lentissimi nelle risposte attraverso l'app di booking.
Personale poco accomodante.
Ho chiesto poco più di 24 ore dal checkin di cambiare l'occupazione di una camera da doppia a tripla pensando di avere una risposta celere ma non è avvenuta. Ho quindi prenotato un'ulteriore camera singola.
L'hotel ha risposto la mattina del checkin che potevano cambiare l'occupazione, ho quindi chiesto di cancellare la camera singola in considerazione della risposta non propriamente celere. Mi è stato detto che se lo facevo andavo in penale.
Abbiamo mangiato nel loro ristorante al termine della cena abbiamo chiesto dei caffe e di tutta risposta ci è stato detto che non avevano tempo di fare in caffe perchè dovevano servire gli altri tavoli.

Goed voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Lekkere pizzeria aan het hotel.

Cons:

Tijdens hittegolf is de hitte niet uit het gebouw te krijgen. Er stond een ventilator maar deze was zo luidruchtig en versleten dat deze bijna onbruikbaar is.

Prima voor een doorreis.
Pros:

Mensen waren gastvriendelijk, ( italiaans) restaurant wat erbij in zit heeft goed eten en mensen zijn vriendelijk.

Cons:

Stapelbed kraakte en piepte erg. ( zat in een 4 persoons kamer).
