The location

Cons:

The rudeness of the lady behind the desk, the shower door not closing properly ( had to hold the door closed with a wash cloth). The wall paper was peeling, there was a leak in the ceiling causing a puddle in the floor we had to move rooms at 9pm at night and that was inconvenient. The PRICE!!! Was down right ridiculous. It Was a 5 star price for a 1 star place.

Paid a high price to stay close to the stadium but was disappointed with the quality.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The lobby and hallways were hot like a Sauna and smelled like mildew and mold. We got in bed after a concert at 12am and housekeeping woke us up at 6:20.

Good location, Good breakfast, but not the cleanest with large cockroach.
Pros:

It was close to the venue and breakfast was good

Cons:

The front desk male employee was horrendous to deal with, he was completely unprofessional and rude and had to speak with manager who corrected the issue on the hotels part. In the elevator there was a large cockroach as well and missing pieces of flooring in the actual room.

Great accommodation 5 star
Pros:

All the Hotels and accommodations we have stayed in. This was the best bed of all the pillows were just the best so comfortable. Nice walk over the bridge into the centre. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better. Loved it

Pros:

La chambre est très bien, mais la première nuit, nous n’avons pas pu dormir car elle était à côté d’une machine à glace et de la salle de machine de climatisation. Le personnel a changé notre chambre pour les deux nuits suivantes. Il n’y a plus de navette pour se rendre dans le centre-ville de Nashville, et il y a beaucoup de travaux devant l’hôtel ce qui rend l’accès difficile à pied et en voiture et qui allonge le trajet pour se rendre dans le centre-ville.

Very friendly staff. Close to downtown Nashville. Clean rooms. Spacious lobby and pool area.

Cons:

I had an item come up missing from my bathroom. It was silly, because it was just a trial size bottle of conditioner, but it was brand new when I purchased it to bring to the hotel, and it was taken from my shower caddy on day two of my trip. It couldn't have fallen, or it would have been on the shower floor, but nothing else seemed to be "taken."

It was wonderful trip with my daughter and granddaughters
Pros:

It was very close to everything within walking distance. Staff were very nice. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

The water pressure was terrible and no hot water, we figured maybe it’s because they’re building the new stadium right beside them.

De ligging

Cons:

Personeel bij aankomst was ongeïnteresseerd en niet vriendelijk. De kamer was in de kelder vlak aan een zijuitgang waardoor er telkens veel lawaai was bij het dichtslaan van de deur. Je kon alles horen op de gang en de deur vertoonde kieren waardoor je ook het licht op de gang zag. De douche sloot niet behootlijk af. Eerste dag werd er slechts 1 handdoek vervangen en geen bed opgemaakt. De tweede dag werd het bed opgemaakt en opnieuw slechts 1 handdoek vervangen.
